I completely stopped eating Papa Johns when they raised their prices 3 times over the course of 6 months. They were already more expensive than other pizza places, but now it's a complete ripoff fueled by greed. I ordered 16-piece wings, and it was $21. That's $1.31 PER TINY WING. That's completely insane, and I haven't been back.
Same in the UK the sides have all doubled in cost in just a few years and the Pizzas have increased by 25%. Also the deals aren't good anymore.
I just went to their website, $18 for a large pepperoni, carryout. You ain't kidding.

Meanwhile Domino's is out here with their Perfect Combo deal for around $21 that has two pizzas, 8 cinnamon bread twists, about 16 bread bites, and a 2 liter drink.

I have been following this guy now for a year. I have tried everything he has reviewed for the past few months just to see how spot on he is. It is amazing. If he says they suck...they suck. If he says they are great...I love them. I think he is my taste buds twin.
That's why I deemed him "The David Brinkley of food reviews"

At this point, every fast food establishment has, at least for me, made it difficult to justify patronizing them, any of them. Between prices skyrocketing and quality plummeting, I cannot think of a reason to go.
For real. I can cook better food at home and save myself the $20 for a meal I'm probably not really going to enjoy.
I haven't eaten fast food in more than a decade and I couldn't be happier. I strongly advice everyone learn how to cook their own food in this day and age

I work at papa johns, they are my go to meal bc making a pizza inevitably leads to people stealing my food. They are all right but nothing amazing. Pretty much just nuggets

I went to a mexican restaurant the other day, a 3 item combination plate with a drink was damn near 19 buck-a-roo's. No matter what I order it was ridiculously priced. I just left and went to taco bell, saved 10 bucks.. 😅 what a sad world we live in where we cant eat good anymore due to inflation and price gouging.

Ever since the share holders forced John Schnatter to step down as the CEO of the company, they have consistently been going downhill. I’m glad he sued and won bud sadly he has sold all of his stock so he will never be able to come back and save the company. I like that he went to over 800 different stores, checked the pizza at each one and openly called them out for all the short cuts they did to save money and how they had ruined the original formula and recipes.
John was a fuckin mess in so many ways, but yeah, the company nose dived harder than they tried to make him

Because I’m afraid of not liking what I order and either having to throw it out or force myself to eat it. At least with what I order I know I like it and it wont potentially be a waste.
I’m sick to death of people thinking trying new things is some amazing achievement. So what if I want what works? I get you 100%
I like to try new things, but I also have enough culinary experience to know in advance which new things I'm likely or unlikely to enjoy.

I enjoy your sense of humor so much, thank you. My problem with delivery/take out wings is that the second you sauce something it looses its crispiness in minutes. Then when you toss them into a container to steam for however long delivery or getting home takes, you doom that food to a soggy nightmare-scape of undeliciousness.
Thats so true. The only wings lately that have kept the crispy breading are the sweet and spicy he just reviewed from Popeyes. I tried them yesterday and was shocked that the sauce/travel time didn't take that away.
I only recently saw this channel on my recommended a few days ago but there’s something about this guy that makes me wish we were friends.
This title tells me what I’ve sadly known for a while: without the wild racial slur slinging Papa eating 40 pizzas a month for quality control; Papa John’s has truly become terrible.

Sadly we are in the era of, “Hey, at least it’s cheap.” It is useless to hope for any better.
The many fast-food establishments in the surrounding areas of Reviewbrah’s reign are in a constant state of terror, and are stuck in a vicious cycle of bad reviews, thus having the said establishments fire their employees and in return only leaving the new items to be prepared by even less competent workers. Such a tragic state of affairs for those who fear the legendary “Reviewbrah”.
