Passed my test on the 19th of July. My instructor was the Head of the Isleworth test centre and he was fantastic. My instructor told me that they're all very nice, save for a single individual. So 90% of the time you'll have a great examiner!
Hi Frances,Failed my 5th test today. I was going too slow apparently😮. From South Wales, did my test in Llantrisant. My examiner was lovely and he said that I'm a good driver I just need to speed up. I was feeling pretty deflated today but I have literally let nerves get to me once again.
Whitton roundabout is what failed me 2 years ago.. right after you get off there’s a pedestrian crossing the people were at the end of the pedestrian crossing they were not moving but talking i went over and instantly failed I was devastated.. I didn’t even know I failed until the examiner told me. Now I have moved 2 hours away from isleworth but I feel like trying there again as I remember the routes well all the motorways the new area I’m in I have never driven anywhere so I’m not used to it at all.

I live on the Richmond-upon-Thames Borough side of Isleworth (the 20mph on all roads side) and I have spent my whole life (by pure coincidence) never going to Isleworth/Hounslow. This video took me on every road I knew (through twick stadium and whitton). Please can you do a video doing the Hounslow direction? I have looked at all the test routes and most of them go that way! Its weird for this area, I wish twickenham test centre never closed down as I feel I could do these roads with my eyes closed. The next closest is Tolworth and Modern and I've never been those directions either. I could do all the way through Sheen, Barnes, Putney and probably all the way towards central. But not Isleworth, Hounslow or either Tolworth and Modern. Just a interesting thought. Growing up in Mortlake and then Hampton (either sides of the Richmond Borough) and there are no test centres that go on the roads I know. Thanks again! Harri
It’d be interesting to see you drive in other countries. If you ever go to Atlanta in America I’d like to see a video because the traffic there is crazy.
Yeah I dont know, I would think you’d have to stick with what you’re doing driving slower . Because undertaking if a fail im sure. I really don’t know though
@@DrivingSchoolTVwhat if you’re in the left lane on that road where you’re speaking about undertaking would you drive slower than them even if there’s cars behidn you and you’re slowing them down??
@user-wr6yw1wz2j undertaking is when you pass on the left. If you’re behind someone slow who’s already in the left lane and you can safely overtake (pass on the right) then go for it!
@@DrivingSchoolTV thankyou for your reply but what I mean is if the person on your right isn’t going the speed limit and is going slow. In ur case in this video- would you not undertake if theres loads of cars behind you that you’re holding up? is it worse to undertake than hold up traffic behind you
Please do Luton Bedfordshire Francis since is not to far from Hither Green and it's Actually the Same distance as going Hither Green to Greenford which is 1 hour and 20 minutes.

They failed me for driving slow on 30 road while I was hitting 25+ gave me 4 minors on london road stretch for the same.

Decent test centre imo. There's one examiner called mo who's really strict other than that the rest of the examiners are absolutely fine.

Yeah good answer. If you are in the right lane behind somebody driving too slowly, then you just have to stick with it, you can’t pass on the left
