For trout I like to go shallow early morning and sunset. During the day, I explore even at 20ft plus deep. Don’t be afraid to go deep when bite is off. For Kokanee, I fish anywhere from 15ft to 80ft of water till I locate a school
You fished in 2024 already? You luck guy. Cheap and affordable beside the GAS to get to the lake. You can just use a spoon of line. I grew up using a spool of line and line on a stick. That is all that is needed man. Can be super cheap. I'm going to do a video on how cheap I can fish for.
Thanks for the tips! Is there a time when you fish deep water (20+ft)? I always hear about the weed beds and shallows for feeding.

Nice
Are you bringing a chainsaw out to cut them big rectangle holes? Or do you have another technique?
I use a ice saw
Anyone you recommend? Cheers
What line are you using for ice fishing? Fluorocarbon or braid?
Flurocarbon
