It didn’t have to be much, but as soon as she had some in her system with the pills, she would be super euphoric, but confusing. For those who don’t know, Paula has been very vocal about the fact that she’s suffered a number of injuries in the past that have caused her to have to take pain medication (muscle relaxants- most likely non convulsants, etc.). Prior to this number of interviews she also hadn’t slept for a while, so she was likely sleep deprived and on pain medication. If you watch her now, she’s been singing the praises of neuroscience and biofeedback treatment and hasnt had to take any kind of pain medication for years. And there is a significant notable change in her. She is a lovely woman and very strong. Even in the worst parts of her life she is still sweet and she tried her best to continue working.
I have complex regional pain syndrome and she does too. I take Percocet and ketamine daily and normally I’m fine and normal, but when I’m tired I seem loopy. It’s so embarrassing
