@TheTurtlehead I have worked on a few SMTs and it's not hard to keep the stations separate since you have to latch into the IFB. All this means is that a sat tech latched in more than one station AND the FOX station got mixed up on their end as to when they had scheduled the interview. Both things going wrong is rare but I'm sure it happens every now and then just not usually this high profile.
The editor that was suposed to get rid of this part of the interview sent it to a friend which in turn sent it to me before he had a chance to get rid of it. I inturn took it and as you can see it has been viewed by almost a million people.
Do you notice that when they get back to her the second time and she answers the questions, the "LIVE" sign is no more there and it's no longer live. Who knows what was edited even for the 2nd time. Those reporters must have talked about her all day after the show.
i'm defending her. the three days prior to the interviews, Paula had numerous affairs including a time slot on QVC at One O'Clock in the morning, a meeting the next day about her new perfume line, she had little time to sleep. Like many people, she has insomnia. If your plate was that full, how well would you sleep. Look up the side effects of lack of sleep and tell me you wouldn't be talking crazy after 40 interviews. Give her a break.

Paula said that there was a mechanical problem where there was more than one city talking to her all at once. At :37- :44 she stopped and then answered a question that probably was from another city. I highly dobu paula was drunk or high... there were multiple cities talking to her She didn't know which tv network she was on... she thought she was being seen only in Seattle but she was being seen outside of Seattle and she was listening to ALL different people in her ear
If she acted that way all the time, I might think she wasn't drunk. But she's usually very sharp and down to earth so I'd have to say she'd been drinking or high...hey, I thought it was funny so I'm glad she did it.
