    I got married. Bought my first house when I was in my mid 20s. Built a business in real estate, investing and working in it. Raised two kids. Worth a little over 5 million. I just started stacking. Buying one oz of gold every month. I'm getting my 2nd oz next week. I buy cash. I will do this for every month of my life to pass it on to my kids by loosing it in a boating accident. I should be worth over 10 million by the time I pass away. I am 49. What you want is 10% of assets held in gold. 50% real estate. 35% equities. 5% cash. I started with nothing.

      @ipanemakid3058 Marry well. Divorce is a huge setback in so many ways. Take care of your health. Be frugal and watch over spending on needless crap. Stay away from negative people or friends that drag you down. When you have opportunity to make good money in your job or business take it all in. Strike the iron when it's hot. Being consistent will make you wealthy. Consistent in your performance in what you do, how you invest, take care of your health through some form or exercise/sport. Watch your vices. Woman, drugs, alcohol, etc. Those are the pitfalls in life. Don't care what others think. Do your own thing and don't keep up with the Jones. The people that keep up with the Jones are usually broke. Buy assets, not things.

    Great vid! A few questions: 1. I'm curious as to why you chose Trading 212 over Vanguard? While Trading 212 perhaps has lower fees, I'd always heard that Vanguard was more reputable with a longer history.. I've also seen new apps that pop up with enticing fees to then only shoot up after a few years, worst case scenario even disappearing into thin air... cough* FTX cough cough*
    2. Also, you mention spreading the capital besides S&P, what other mutual funds do you have in mind...?

    • @FutureInvestmentsBullion
      @FutureInvestmentsBullion  2 месяца назад

      Thankyou! Glad you enjoyed. I like Trading 212 because it’s what I’m comfortable with. But I’m sure going straight through Vanguard is good too.
      I also Invest in the FTSE 100 (UK Economy) so I have two global powers covering my investment.

    Hi just a quick question about 212 after watching your video I decided to have a look at it,I'm curious if I lie about income on the entry form (how much/where it's from) can that effect me? Or is this purely for sign up purposes?

    • @FutureInvestmentsBullion
      @FutureInvestmentsBullion  Месяц назад +1

      I wouldn’t advise it but it shouldn’t change anything.

      If you are investing under the wrapper of stocks and shares( Investment) ISA your income is irrelevant. Everyone is entitled to put money in an investment ISA, a Cash ISA or both at the same time. If you are registering for a trading account this is different. Also unwise as you'll pay fees. Only use a trading account when you've used up your investment ISA allowance. And do your own research. T212 app has links to useful RUclips videos to educate yourself in the basics of investing done by traders.

    hypothetically, if in 20 years no one cared for sovreign or britiannia coins since you can't melt them, is it possible for the price of these coins to go under the price of the metal? might be a stupid question, but i want to long term invest in gold and silver and not sure the best way to go about doing so

    • @FutureInvestmentsBullion
      @FutureInvestmentsBullion  2 месяца назад +2

      They’ll always be worth the spot price at minimum. Whatever that may be. Gold is considered one of the safest investment vehicles. Hope this helps

    What the heck do you back 15% annual return on?
    Good luck getting anywhere close to that.

    • @FutureInvestmentsBullion
      @FutureInvestmentsBullion  2 месяца назад

      Thats the current annual S&P 500 yearly return rate.

    • @koek4539

      @@FutureInvestmentsBullion So just because the S&P has returned 15% for one year, you're just gonna ignore all the other years and expect it to return that 15% again and again every single year for the next 22 years?

    I would say if you are young and have little more go for 1oz silver and start there. Better than spending that money on garbage that will not give you value back and perish. When I spend I always think of how much value will the product give me and how many times will I use it.
