For the lower rails, I finally had to put a folded hand towel over the top of the top of each rail and push down with all my strength...which, granted, is not what it was at 30, 40, 50 or 60. 🙄 Second set, went in much easier, with jiggling the rail back n forth.
THIS! The video showed that a bit of force was needed. It also helped to angle the legs/supports joints outwards and wiggling it until it slides down and in.

I'm hoping it's easy to assemble and disassemble and can handle that happening to it twice annually without wearing down or breaking. Never enough space to place everyone's things when vacationing with family. Hoping this will work. And last. Thank you for the instructions.
@@valveda I agree with you. I want it secure upon set up but also the ability to push a button or something to easily disassemble. Would have been perfect for traveling. I do use it at home. But no, I sadly don't see a way of disassembling.

I bought the slimline 3 tier unit, ok the same assembly but my middle legs won't go fully into socket, not sure what I'm doing wrong as I followed the same process? I'm going to disassemble it & start again, ahhhhhhhhh😵💫

If you don't have kids at home you can skip the mounting on the wall, it is for safety purpose to not fall down or hit by accident
