- The father of a woman killed by a convicted sex offender dived across a courtroom table to attack him Thursday shortly after a judge sentenced the defendant to death for killing three people and wrapping their bodies in garbage bags.
Van Terry, the father of Shirellda Terry, had walked to the front of the courtroom to give a victim-impact statement and turned toward Michael Madison, who gave him a malicious smile. Terry lunged at Madison and was immediately swarmed by sheriff's deputies as Madison and his attorneys scrambled to get out of the way.
The father got more of a sentence than the murderer, he lost his child.
People these days get our of jail if they "act nice" for about a couple of years into sentences which is retarded.

The only fucking difference between the two options nowadays is that the "punishment" for the rapist is too feed him and house him and take care of him for free. Van Terry passed away in 2019 at the age of 49. He’s with his daughter now. My heart breaks for the both of them. Lost their lives at young ages.

That’s just common human decency. That’s what makes us civilized. The man faces life(I think he faces death penalty here), he gets to eat a final meal, then the plug is pulled. Then he gets buried in normal tradition. He doesn’t deserve to go out easy but you won’t see anyone asking for him while he rotting away, forgotten by everyone. I see that as a proper fate for him. We’re all human after all, everybody deserves equal treatment. You’d be surprised how many people change in prison, find more within themselves and start to come to terms with what they really are
FaceLess human decency that murderers, rapists, people who torture, and sex traffickers don’t deserve. It’s a waste of money to feed them. If they are sentenced to death, they should die the next day, unless some key evidence can be found in a day. People like the idea of “life in prison” when ultimately it’s just a waste of money, if it were up to me, once a person commits an atrocity like what I’ve mentioned, they should lose all basic human rights, and be used for testing cures and antibiotics.

Double O's the problem with the death sentence is that many lost their lives to it while maintaining their innocence, especially with the flawed prison system. I still stand on life in prison. Murderers, sex offenders..etc.. should be put in worse conditions than normal convicts, where the living conditions are horrible, and prison food is worse than eating crap. I prefer the concept of making their life hell rather than actually sending them to hell. Leave the trash to the trash. Peter Sculling had his ass handed to him in prison by other convicts, had him wishing he were dead. Dying from starvation, dehydration (a person starved to death lasts approximately 45 days whereas a dehydrated one lasts up to 6) or having the plug pulled is an easy way out for them, which is definitely something that they don’t deserve. For me they either go to a shitty prison with crappy living conditions and sanity regulations or they live out the rest of their life in solitary confinement where they’ll go insane
fitrin yurensia D.D.S it is quite simple in most cases. When all of the evidence is there, and a person is sentenced to death, why does usually take years until they are actually killed? If we are certain with out a doubt that the person is guilty, why do we feed, shelter, and entertain them? Just end them. Murderers, rapists, sex traffickers, etc have no place in society.
