@@WTFCRLT1 MSRP plus tax, title, doc fees. Seems like a bargain to me because I was pricing 2023 Accords and every dealer wanted $2K minimum over MSRP.
I admire Acura for not having any or very small markups. I bought an ILX in July at MSRP and still saved 5k over what Toyota had quoted me for a Corolla that had a 10k markup. Thanks for promoting good business ethics Acura.
I currently drive a 2020 ilx. Admittedly the Integra is a better vehicle in many ways. Tech and chassis are next level, but replacing the dct for the cvt is disappointing. Yes, I understand why it was done, but it does take away from the fun factor. The engine in the Integra is ok, but the k24 in the ilx is a fun engine. More displacement, linear power band, screaming v tec. Again, I get why Honda went the cheaper route, but as someone who has been with Acura for many years, I do not think a cvt has any place in the Acura lineup. They should have used the 2 l engine and real automatic. The LSD should have been used on more trims. I know this sounds harsh, but as a loyal Acura customer, I am disappointed.
I agree with everything you said. My 2018 ilx was way more exciting to drive than the cvt integra but this feels far more premium than my ilx! With a manual it might give it a run for its money🤷🏻♂️
I’m on the same boat. 2020 ILX A-spec and my lease ends in 6 months. I recently had the Integra as a loaner for some service my car needed and even though it did have some tech upgrades and refreshes to design that are nice, but I was wildly unimpressed. Considering upgrading to the TLX but also considering leaving Acura altogether after 12 years with them. I’ve had horrible experiences with the service departments these last few months. Plan was to keep the ILX after the lease but it’s shaking like a blender and they all just say it’s an issue with ILX in general even though a mechanic outside of Acura diagnosed the car and said it in fact can be fixed, they just don’t want to do the warranty job 👍🏼🙃
@chhoyla I know this is a first world problem, but the aspec does not have satellite radio. This is bizarre. On top of everything, I looked at ordering a 2023 aspec, but they are no longer available. The 2024's have gone up $1800. Not sure what to do.
@W.T.F Car Reviews The manual would be fine for me, but not so much for the rest of my family. The price on the fully loaded model is 700 a month Canadian over 4 years. I could order a gr Carolla or an elantra n for less.
I love Acura vehicles, have an Integra; I do understand the criticism. However, the CVT is still very quick for an automatic and when using for longer trips you can easily average over 40 mpg. It still makes for a great starter Acura in their line-up!
Update for me: Bought an Integra A Spec Elite (Canada) in the same Red exterior. Which is called Performance Red paint in Canada. It is quite a rare colour to see on the road. However, the CVT is great for daily use and you do get excellent fuel efficiency.
Amazing awesome beautiful car. My wife and I love our Elite a spec Canada 🇨🇦 version MT black Integra and far better than most dumbasses reviews saw. I owned 1992 4 door white with blue interior 💙 and 5 speed MT and really enjoyed it and same feeling with this. Really fun like our rdx, mdx type S, 2020 2.0T Accord, Ridgeline trucks and S2000 but all different but fun and feel like Honda products
I really wish Acura had offered the SH-AWD on this car. Should be offered across the board to set it apart from Honda. Won't even be offered on the Type-S. Granted, it will add weight and expense, but worth it.
Thanks brother. Unfortunately all the local Lexus dealers are owned by the same large company which “has its own marketing and advertising department that creates all videos in house” there’s a dealership in Orlando plus more in southeast florida but they’re way too far from me. I’ll pursue press cars within the next year but that’s unfortunately probably my best bet. I’ll keep an eye out for any low milage 2023 used models at other dealerships tho thanks for the comment 👍🏼
Never got the "sportiness" in a cvt. Then again, most who will buy the cvt have no idea how the original felt. Much like the CSX was, a Civic with better interior.
Nice review. Found a local dealer who said they would sell me an A/Spec trim for MSRP.
Thanks man sounds like a solid deal! Msrp out the door?

Considered this car wife was not having a manual. So no LSD. At that point the Civic sport touring was almost as good for a lot less $$.
I don’t disagree especially considering the savings! 👍🏼
Great review will be purchasing next month
How is it?

I watched this and your audi a3 video, considering b9th cars, curious which you like better overall?
Great review bro, can you do a Lexus is350 rwd? Hard to find reviews with the rwd option. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Hi. I am Chris from Coverado, an online store that sells car covers. Is there any chance to work with you? Thank you!
Sure! Message me on IG @Will_Tsal and we can figure something out!
