Actually cold water on the palms of your hands work as well. A funny place is your cheeks on your face! A cup of ice or an ice pack help tremendously. Can use on back of neck to help cool. Out and about in the heat, carry a small cooler with ice packs and like those frozen plastic squares to help recool your ice packs. Easy cheap way to cool of fast and keep makeup looking great!
