You must select the module board
The Arduino IDE may require you to manually select the appropriate board type from a list.
You can find instructions on selecting the board type in the Arduino documentation

The USB port on the module board has been detected by your computer
However, the Arduino IDE cannot identify a particular board type
You can add , select manual
Arduino, unlike computers, Arduino boards are not plug-and-play

A mi tampoco me funcionaba nada, tenia todo igual que en el video y en otras webs, sabes lo que era al final? el cable USB, abro el cajón, cojo otro cable, quito uno y pongo el otro y... SORPRESA, funciona todo! El otro cable no permitiría la transferencia de datos y este sí.
