3:27 i cannot tell you the amount of times my uncle has begged me to go on this and i never did. Only reason we ever visited this place was to visit my aunt and i tell you when my cousin pushed me off that death slide- This is may be a place that i will probably never get thd chance to visit again with all of the cousins growing up now, but the memories certainly hold a special place 🤣
JZWS it’s totally different now, they closed it down for a few months earlier this year and re themed the whole ride ! The spaceship walkthrough section is gone, they slowed the coaster down and added laser guns
I love it how you literally read my mind with every question I had about the Go Kidz Go coaster, including RCDB and what if you hire the place out questions 😂
@@ScrewyLoops no problem😀 I love the videos and its nice to get a notification of a new video to watch from you. It's always something that as soon as I see it I try to immediately watch it.
@@GLXYFPV thanks mate! 🙂 Honestly means a lot! 🙏 Should have plenty more to come, best time of year is Winter for me to make videos, as I have no parks to go to 🤣
Good luck getting on SkyTrak lol. When I went it was down all day and from what I could work out it seems there is a height limit. Combine this with it only having a single train with a single seat that is probably the most difficult coaster credit to obtain in the UK (and no I don't have it)
Omg the nostalgia of "skytrak", I swear it used to be called skyrider when I was little or has it always been skyrider.no way.. You must live in wolves if you remember go kids go lol.
I remember when the Rat used to be at Lightwater Valley - didnt realise that it had opened under a new name xx thanks for sharing - we enjoyed watching xx
I'm from Cheshire and used to frequent Gulliver's World as a kid (I was only 15 minutes away from it). I loved antelope and the pirate ship (I've not been there in years as I moved down south.
thanks chris at time of this 10 days till xmas , no one can get that sky coaster cred , not even the shawn sanbrooke lol merry xmas to you and wife more content to come in 2020 , thanks to digital Dan as well thumbs up
I remember going to Go Kidz Go with my school one time, however the SkyTrak wasn't allowed to be ridden, if I remember correctly which I probably can't since it was a long time ago. They said it is unable to be ridden currently, nothing was mentioned about being too tall. I guess it was just closed on that day.
That’s a blast from the bast my first job back in 2007 was at light water valley, when there was only two people in the rat you had to fill the back seats with weighted sand barrels, didn’t do that for long and always ended up jumping in the back haha
Antelope was the first roller coaster I ever rode. I was 8 at the time and it scared me so much that I didn't ride another coaster until I was 18. Seriously.. I'd love to ride it again, just to prove I'm not still such a kid.
i loved the snail ride at yarmouth when i was younger !! lmao don't remember the spinny one tho and they've got rid of most of the good old rides up where the wooden coaster is
I remember go kidz go when i was younger. Every time the skytrak was terrifying. I remember begging my mom to get another ticket. You had to just hold on to the cart and look down. I always thought the transparent plastic would break lol. It was terrifying
I was very surprised to see Milky Way featured, I went a few years back and loved ziggys blast quest but it was called clone zone. It has a small alien walk round before the actual ride. Very cool
Ok that joy land ride the tub one. It’s shut down now from what I know. It is really quite sad. BUT happily the snails are still open and I’m so exited to go back again 😂😂😂 Also there is a spooky rollercoaster in joy land aswell. That’s something to test your toddlers on 😂😂😂. But I’m so glad that good old Great Yarmouth is on this list and it’s good that it’s getting some recognition. Go get some rock from the rock shop while your there. Also come down to lowestoft to pleasurewood hills. Go on wipeout, Jolly Roger and marble madness. And cannonball express if it’s open. 💓💛 Byeeeeeeeee
I used to be a ride operator at Warrington gullivers world. I operated the pirate ship and atelope in 2005, possibly the roughest wooden coaster ever built! My second worst experience of riding a coaster after the wooden coaster that was at Rhyl.
A great coaster that use to exist was the dragon flyer at Camelot, being diesel driven, ok so nothing with airtime in it. Use to love sliding around on the seat.
@@ScrewyLoops the stopping difficulties depended on the hight of the child but im hoping it opens again soon so kids can go and enjoy them self's again.
So many Oakwood clips but no Oakwood coasters! Great vid though - Antelope was my first ever woodie. My friend convinced me to put my arms up for the first drop, and then proceeded to stick his elbow in my armpit so I couldn't put them down. Good times.
mateeee Go kidz go was my favorite place as a kid, I've rode that skytrak a few times and i loved it... Kinda sad that most the time i went it wasn't being operated!
Might be two years on but Peterborough also has a sky track rocket type thing, at a place called Big Sky. So I feel there may be some others knocking about the place. Should do a 2021 version 😊
@@ScrewyLoops if you did want to do an updated version then Skegness fairground also has one of the only two inverted wacky worm rides called queen bee too (might even be the last in the world still actually operational - I don’t know where the other is) 😂😁
3:19 I frikin loved this when I was little only thing is that it stunk like feet and was a frikin pain in the arse to get in plus it's barely on now. When it's going round you have to run and Chase it and try and make it back before it gets back while dogeing loads of kids. Don't even get me started on how loud it is 😂(that video brought back so many memories)
I used to go to Lightwater Valley all the time as a kid, I never really saw the draw of the Ultimate. I loved the Rat Ride. I think it was called Sewer Rat when I went. How charming.
Green Dragon at Greenwood Forest Park in Gwynedd, Wales could be on this list. It's a very unique coaster - before you ride, you walk up a hill and enter a carriage which uses the weight of the riders to pull the train up to the station at the top of the hill. You then walk up the hill again to the station and board the train. The ride actually generates more electricity than it uses.
Airtime within the airtime 😂🤣😂. Took my 5 year old on antelope this year - his first big coaster. we went on the front as i think i would have put him off for life if we went on the back !
The Tyrolean Tub Twist is absolutely brutal for a kids coaster you just go flying off it at every corner and it’s great And roller coaster, that first drop is great
The Skytrak!! Swear that was Sky Rider as a kid! Went on this many a time as a kid, took my son yesterday and was very sad to see it seems to be out of use now!
I live 20 mins from light water valley the dinosaurs sure give you a fright there is also the ultimate which you should definitely show on the channel it was the longest coaster in Europe for a bit and is also made of wood
Was really hoping that raptor attack would be mentioned, one of my favourite coasters and I’m really sad to have seen it go, one of the coasters that helped me lose my fear of rides
Nice one boys 👌🏼. I’ve seen Roller Coaster and refused to ride it when I saw a guy with a big break lever . I thought it would be shite 😬. I swear that bloody twister one has genuinely given me a headache 🥴🤮🤮. As did Antelope I ran over to get on it just as it shut when we took our daughter Sarah ..... she’s 27 now so it’s been a while , that has another I’ll never get on 🙄. Great video boys 👌🏼🧱👍🏽
Hope everyone enjoyed, had such a good time making this, it was honestly such a laugh. 😂

I was so surprised to actually see rollercoasters I’ve been on! Yarmouth and gullivers world are iconic. And I really want to go on the rat ride now

I remember getting to ride SkyTrak at GoKidzGo as a kid at birthday parties. I loved that place.
Thoughtful, clever, funny and (dare I say it) educational, its another perfect Screwy Loops production.
