i went with the 72mm XHX pins and i wish i went with yours. The pins are amazing when theyre new but a little dust really takes them down to an avg , or worse tire on the rocks.
I think the Cling Ons are best. Even after getting dirty they still grip the rocks really well. I used them again in my CR18P video the other day and they just eat up the rocks. Hope you can get some for your rig. 👍
Hello! I'm glad we have the same tracker and that I discovered you on RUclips as I really like your videos, you provide very good ideas and advice. This time I wanted to ask you if you know where I can find the metal main shaft for my cr18p evo pro. I can't find one that is compatible... I would greatly appreciate it
Thanks very much, glad you're enjoying my content. I haven't seen any metal drive shafts that are a direct fit for the Evo Pro yet unfortunately. Hopefully now RCAWD have made metal axles specifically for the Evo Pro, drive shafts will follow soon. 👍
Thanks very much 👍 Ooooh that's a close one, I think I'd have to give it the Cling Ons tbh, they just eat up the rocks. But the Black Labels come a very close second. If you're limited on size, then the Black Labels make an awesome tyre. 👍
If you flipped the barrel on these, would the portal housing fit inside the wheel? I love these but they’re just soooo wide and leave the portal housings hanging.
I like them on a rig like this, but appreciate for most mini's they're probably too big. Yeah some more sizes of the Cling Ons would be awesome, I hope they do them in a 1.9 too. 👍
Nice review but wouldn't it be more of an actual test to use them in the dirt first and get them coated like they would be from most of our rigs? The sticky coating of the tires on the rocks is obviously gonna be best fresh out of the box. I want to see some degraded performance from actual use. I drive my crawler through the grass and dirt and mud to make it to the rocks and then tear the rocks up.
Thanks very much 👍 I guess that's subjective, some people only rock crawl and would carry their mini crawler to the rocks, or use them on indoor courses. I try to show performance on rocks and offroad so you can see what they're like. They retain their stickiness for a while though, my Cling Ons have been offroad and are still amazing on the rocks. 👍
@DoURC Yeah you have a point, I was thinking more from personal experience I guess. So the coating once saturated with dirt remains sticky after a rinse off?
I love the deep dish design
Me too, I'm a sucker for a deep dish! 🤣👍😁
Wheels looks great.
I really like them, love a bit of dish. 👍😎
Awesome, cool looking wheels ❤
Thanks very much 👍😎
👏👏Thanks so much. Great video!
Thanks very much, appreciate it. 👍😁
Ooh they are some fancy wheels. 😮
Nice aren't they, do love a bit of dish. 👍😁
Nice 👍
Thanks very much mate 👍😎
lookin good and pretty impressive performance. Cheers for the cool vid.
Thanks very much. 👍
They were decent weren't they. 👍

the cling ons destroy the king trekkers. I wonder if the 72mm pins would do as good as the cling ons outside? thanks for the content!
The Cling Ons are definitely king. I've tried the new pins from Injora, they're good, but Cling Ons are still better. 👍
Which tyres are better for rock crawling, cling ons or LGRP Black Label MTs? Great video, love the idea of interchangeable wheel faces. 👍
Thanks very much 👍

Just checked for you, it will clear the hub extender, which is all it reaches anyway. 👍
@@DoURC beautiful! Thank you so much!
@@Griffin283 No problem at all 👍
where did you buy such a nice brakes imitation?
They come as part of the RCAWD metal portal axles. 👍
are those austarhobby axles?
No, RCAWD 👍
Would these fit on a wpl c24 ??
You can make anything fit if you want too. WPL use screws for their wheels, but think you can buy adapters. 👍
@@DoURCOk ill look for some adapters then cause these wheels look really nice
@TheHunter-cm5ci Yeah they do look great. 👍
Not really a fan of the 1.3 they look a little silly and off scale. Hope injora release the cling on in a 64mm

I also didn't even think about the indoor courses.
@@nathanstout7763 Mine have done, I can't say for how long and they may be a little less sticky, but still great. 👍
@nathanstout7763 I guess it's the same for any tyre really, it depends what you're going to use it for as to what you're looking for in the tyre. 👍
