What I find silly of all things is….so Desmond can basically set you on fire from the inside at a whim of his thoughts ….. the scene at the end where the duke starts burning up and is like “omg no way, I’ll listen to the emperor”. I’m just like…..but how is this any different than say the emperor having men physically set the duke on fire which he can do at a time and the duke wasn’t afraid of what the emperor can do? 😂. It’s like if Desmond can magically send bullets flying from his hands and the emperor uses that to threaten ppl, how would that be any different than someone with a gun doing it 😂😂😂
He even managed to kill Kasha half way across the universe. He is speical kinda weapon. If that Duke does anything, Desmond could simply burn him at Emperor’s order.
Ya that's what I was thinking as well. There is also nothing covert about it. You can't say it was natural causes or anything else that may avoid political unrest. It also stays consistent, which makes it easier in the long run for opposing forces to create a counter measure against this attack.
@@SameerAli-qw1hn also the duke doesn’t know that? All he knows is his son was burned. Up til Then he thought they had perhaps burned him alive, wasn’t scared. Why would he then be scared if someone man came out and can telepathically do it vs someone doing it 🤓
Lila encountered her genetic memories is such a surreal trip, kudos to the creative team for conjuring up that fever dream.
Yeah, it was not how I expected it to be depicted. Very cool!
It would be interesting to see Lila possessed by Other Memory, as it's one of the greatest fears the sisters express in Dune.
Desmond refusing the voice reinforce him being a ghola.
Exactly
Really enjoyed this one better than the first episode it was intense.
Such cool episode ❤
Dune: Prophecy was cool. 😊😊😊😊😊

Because the Duke can fight men at arms with own, he cannot fight Desmond Hart.
Episode 2 was better than first episode.
Prequel
🤯 waou
So an episode entirely focused on the sisterhood, good heads-up. I am skipping it entirely, they are just way too boring aside from Valya Harkonnen.
