HOW TO Side image PRE Spawn CRAPPIES!

On today’s episode of Wisconsin fisherman I put the side image to use and wanted to share how I find pre spawn Crappies. They are moving up really fast so I got a few before they hit the beds! Hopefully you can use some tips that I share!

@@neilzuege7698 a lot of people say that. I find just the opposite when comparing the twin cities area to northwestern Wisconsin. I find way more lakes with large crappies in Wisco then MN!

I'd love to go crappie fishing. There's none here in Alberta
I was just out icefishing on April 27th, limited out on lake trout.
mountains have ice still, not safe to go again, that's for sure

Those rocket bobber are so convenient! What do you use for bobber stops..I'm on a never ending search it seems for a good one😂

I didn’t have them set up to slip bobber either. With line diameters getting so small any bobber stopper catches…

I see you added a kicker motor to your boat. Is the SHO 90 not happy trolling?

It trolls just fine but I don’t like adding the hours as I put so many hours on already

@@Wisconsin_Fisherman Makes sense. I'm looking at the same rig and considering the SHO, normal gray 4 stroke Yamaha or a Suzuki. Can you troll down to 2.0mph with the SHO?

Is that kicker a 6 hp? Is that about the right size for your boat?

It’s a 2.5 a 6 would prob be perfect this a lil small but does the job
