I APPRECIATE you throwing some back that have big genetics for the next generation. Most people take too many fish, and wonder years later why they cant even catch a 9 inch fish, It happened in minnasota years ago ! People dont think you can ruin a fish population, but I have seen it !
@Wisconsin_Fisherman Kinda depends on the lake. I've fished a few where the crappies are there all year long and never move even jn the winter. I've got lay downs in 7 feet of water and schools of crappies come rolling by.
Nice! This new technology is insane. It almost like the fish don't have a chance. Might have to put tighter restrictions on size and amount. Cause some people keep everything.
Great video. Funny to see you in all that “cold weather gear” we still in flip flops and tank tops down in La. Ready for the temps to drop down to highs in the 80’s so we can get the fall bite going! Y’all got some beautiful fish up there!
I have a question and I'm not trying to be rude. Why are the fish that you're throwing back ok coming out of that depth ? When I watch ice fishing videos the fish struggle when they come out of water deeper than 25 feet. Would you please explain it to me. Thank you !
Most of these fish came out of shallower water. But yes usually 25-30’ is rough on them. However water temp is also a factor being warmer now the fish can adjust quicker then in the winter.
Wow the quantity of fish there is unreal. Its literally a fisherman's dream.
