Today has been so emotional. I think my soul has had enough of the effects of my job. I’m approaching a year and it’s been tumultuous and I’m over it. I’m scared of being in this position yet again but my body has been largely affected and I want OUT. I’m tired of staying at a place for false security. My value exceeds these walls time and time again. I wanna pursue my crafts and make businesses out of them. I wanna be self made. I needed this message badly. For the past 5+ years, I have been dealing with this anxiety and internal struggle around trying figure out my path in career. I have always wanted to live a life more aligned with myself (and not what my parents or family want; not what social media makes me feel like I want), but I ALWAYS get anxious whenever I think about money or see younger people than me making a shit ton of money. It makes me feel like I want to commit to degrees or work that I know most likely won’t fill me up. But in the past year, I have been doing so much inner work (working through codependency and the anxiety), and I’m getting to a point now where I am saying no to things I couldn’t before that I know I wanted to say no to. And I’m getting to this point where I’m starting to let go of these anxieties. But of course the anxieties come rushing back some times and I feel like I’m starting to subscribe to making that decision of giving up my authentic self to make money even though it’s what I’ve fought against. Thank you for this message. I came out of it with a renewed determination to keep fighting for figuring out who I am and making more decisions aligned with me.

everything you said trulyy resonated with me and what I've been reminding myself lately like girl I wish I knew you irl, ur energy is so healing!! I've been putting myself out there more, and recently some incidents happened where I sort of felt like I was "regressing" back to the unhealed, terrified young version of myself who was scared of being perceived and felt like she didn't belong anywhere. I had thoughts like "wow, I'm actually trying to put myself out there and I'm finally showing up for myself - so why do I feel terrible and alone right now in this room full of people? why do I feel like I'm just on the outside, and that I don't belong here." it hurts so much when you know you're trying your best. but in retrospect, like you said, that WAS an experience I called to myself -- being put into situations where I had to be more social and while it didn't go exactly the way I envisioned it, and it definitely made me want to fall back into terrible habits to protect myself, I still showed up for myself and it exposed me to the fear of rejection I try so badly to avoid sometimes. it showed me that I CAN face anything and push through. I'm choosing not to run away this time because all of this comes with the change I've been wanting to implement into my life. im soo glad you posted this video and became a part of my healing journey in a way

I always go back to what is familiar because I know it'll never disappoint me. I know that I can always depend on myself to be disappointed when I live up to my self-doubt. Choosing to let go of these feelings have allowed me to understand the deep meaning within and how I've conditioned myself to believe i am incapable of achieving my souls purpose. I now have the knowledge of transformity, which has allowed me to relax under the security blanket that spirit has laid out for me. Trust yourself that you know what is right. always follow your intuition and set your intentions into motion when working towards your souls purpose. Love is above all else. Especially when you love yourself. 💚
I've had such a huge fear of failure and now that I'm changing, it's interesting what I've picked up. I'm not yet going 100 forwards with the BIG scary things I want (I don't have money for travelling yet) But instead I picked up few side quests that doesn't have much emotional weight on me. That way I think I'm practicing _practice_ with no fear or shame :D I never thought I'd rollerblade and I think German sounds a bit funny, but I'm actually starting to rollerblade almost every place outside and I practice German every day?? Like where did I suddenly gain *consistency and self hoorays* when I achieve something little like surviving a little bump on the road? I thought I hated myself QwQ but something has really changed by me bein confused and just doing something.
omg I love rollerblading!! one thing I practiced when trying a scary spin was saying “Im already on the ground” as a way to accept the fear and move past it, and I ended up not falling at all! haha! Funny how things work:)) good luck on your side quests!

I'm so much like in the fog that I don't even know what to do, what decisions I need to take, what is good for me or not, what decisions will lead me to this peace and why I always end up in bad situations. mmm. when the universe slows things down it is usually an invitation to REST, reflect and INTEGRATE- integration is the part we always want to rush through and never give its flowers. because patience is required, and we as humans tend to be very stubborn. but when you are rebuilding, you have to embrace the fall. just keep picking things up, pebble by pebble. tell yourself something nice every day. give yourself hugs. get yourself icecream. and most importantly , ask for help. ask for the help needed to surrender. ask for patience and grace. ask for trust. affirm it!! and so it shall be my friend. good luck.

Things are changing & it’s so easy to go back to the rumble of what already fell for shelter. But there’s no future in that just temporary comfort. I always go back to what is familiar because I know it'll never disappoint me. I know that I can always depend on myself to be disappointed when I live up to my self-doubt. Choosing to let go of these feelings have allowed me to understand the deep meaning within and how I've conditioned myself to believe i am incapable of achieving my souls purpose. I now have the knowledge of transformity, which has allowed me to relax under the security blanket that spirit has laid out for me. Trust yourself that you know what is right. always follow your intuition and set your intentions into motion when working towards your souls purpose. Love is above all else. Especially when you love yourself. 💚

I've had such a huge fear of failure and now that I'm changing, it's interesting what I've picked up. I'm not yet going 100 forwards with the BIG scary things I want (I don't have money for travelling yet) But instead I picked up few side quests that doesn't have much emotional weight on me. That way I think I'm practicing _practice_ with no fear or shame :D I never thought I'd rollerblade and I think German sounds a bit funny, but I'm actually starting to rollerblade almost every place outside and I practice German every day?? Like where did I suddenly gain *consistency and self hoorays* when I achieve something little like surviving a little bump on the road? I thought I hated myself QwQ but something has really changed by me bein confused and just doing something.
omg I love rollerblading!! one thing I practiced when trying a scary spin was saying “Im already on the ground” as a way to accept the fear and move past it, and I ended up not falling at all! haha! Funny how things work:)) good luck on your side quests!

I feel very inspired by your message and I thank you for that. But what is vague for me is my capacity of making decisions. I don't know what is right and what is wrong. I'm so much like in the fog that I don't even know what to do, what decisions I need to take, what is good for me or not, what decisions will lead me to this peace and why I always end up in bad situations. Why the flow (that I need to keep) is always leading me at chaos. Is that my purpose ? And especially ; are my decisions control or the flow ??

Like, with change everything that was common knowledge to me has become resentment i dont feel like doing anything im crying all the time i just want things to pick up and so i can be busy and distracted but its like the universe is purposely making things slow for me. mmm. when the universe slows things down it is usually an invitation to REST, reflect and INTEGRATE- integration is the part we always want to rush through and never give its flowers. because patience is required, and we as humans tend to be very stubborn. but when you are rebuilding, you have to embrace the fall. just keep picking things up, pebble by pebble. tell yourself something nice every day. give yourself hugs. get yourself icecream. and most importantly , ask for help. ask for the help needed to surrender. ask for patience and grace. ask for trust. affirm it!! and so it shall be my friend. good luck.

I’m having trouble doing this for a relationship. everything else is changing around me & it’s hard but I’m allowing it. But with the relationship I can’t tell if it’s supposed go as well or if it’s supposed to stay 😭…thoughts?
