I once had everything. Then I caught her cheating and I filed. Due to her debt, I lost everything. So here I am, a clinician, living in my car. Slowly being myself again only to find compassion and even more love for myself. But now, it’s lonely. Sure, I’m 40yr and wiser, but it’s so lonely. It’s just my cat and I. It’s been three years and I have forgiven that part of myself. I’ve come close to unaliving myself. Actually, my body took a massive hit. Shot my endocrine system, hormones etc. all due to constant stress and being in survival mode. I wish I could get back to my old self. Feeling happy and alive. He lived there 24/7 and is a one man band and sings and created songs with the children in his area and in the Adirondack’s! & his voice is calming and soothing, he takes his viewers on tours of his yard, the Hudson River out front the woods in the back Terry he figured out he does what he lives and the money follows for him to do and be his passion! I moved abroad thinking if I was away from my former environment things would be out of my way and I could reach my goals, but when everyone was gone, when the environment was gone it was just me. I've seen this truth first-hand. A trip to Yosemite was what taught me. I was away from the concerns of the job that was distracting me from the pains in myself. There were a lot of things I thought I couldn't do, wouldn't want to do... Concepts. But I did them all there on those icy steep hikes. I had been limiting myself. I think a powerful thing about nature is that you bring your worldly woes before it and it humbles and embraces you. We can take lessons from the elements.

Wow, never thought of that and so true for all precious sentient beings basically wearing costumes to pretend for the experience, the feelings, emotions, senses and what appears as a trap, the trap is the mind. Everytime I fail to overcome my lust for something I instantly lose or cloud my purity and Essence of who I am which makes me depress for a couple days as I long to reach that level of pure spirit again. Yes. I moved abroad thinking if I was away from my former environment things would be out of my way and I could reach my goals, but when everyone was gone, when the environment was gone it was just me. I saw myself sabotaging and I was getting in my own way. You really must let go of what you thought and redefine yourself. Redefine beliefs, redefine what’s true to you now🤍 this video was a sweet reminder of our wholeness and our beautiful complexities in being human. We are allowed to change! Our truth is allowed to transform into a new truth. Love will always guide us to the truth

I've seen this truth first-hand. A trip to Yosemite was what taught me. I was away from the concerns of the job that was distracting me from the pains in myself. There were a lot of things I thought I couldn't do, wouldn't want to do... Concepts. But I did them all there on those icy steep hikes. I had been limiting myself. I think a powerful thing about nature is that you bring your worldly woes before it and it humbles and embraces you. We can take lessons from the elements.
