- Adobo is a native dish in Filipino cuisine. It's seems to be our unofficial national viand here in the Philippines because of its popularity all over the country, its actually have different versions across various provinces depending on which ingredient available and it will make their Adobo dish special, so today I'm gonna show you how I made my version of our favorite chicken adobo. Classic recipes have vinegar on it but today I will alternate it with Calamansi juice that surely must try and definitely you will love it, so lets get started and taste it!
Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken (thigh, leg or any part you want)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp calamansi juice (5 calamansi)
8 garlic cloves, minced (1 bulb)
2 pcs medium red onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp cracked peppercorn
3 pcs laurel leaves
2 tbsp oyster sauce
salt to taste

Garlic first so onion will not burn,haha,anu ba talaga.Eh di wag mong sunugin.
Even they say we have different ways of cooking adobo, but this is a very wrong way of cooking adobo. First of all, u didn't even marinate the chicken. Masarap cguro tingnan sa iba, pwro wag tayo maglokohan dito, hindi ito masarap for sure. Sa loob ng manok nyan walang lasa yan. At nkakaumay to pag lumamig.👌🏻
