Flip me, this feels like sending someone to land on a new planet. When Kipchoge ran Nike break 2 hour barrier, he was going 2min52sec per km for 2 hours and 25 seconds. During this run, he did 5k in 14 min 9sec. 10km in 28 minutes 10 seconds.and half a marathon in 1hour and 8 seconds. He didnt drop any speed the whole way basically.
Its so cool to think, while youre watching this, that all that preparation and all of that team work lead to that outsttanding achievement. This is just great.

Its humbling @2.14 other sports have state of the art ice baths...he uses a drum that was probably left overnight to chill properly
