Best of luck in your sub 4 attempt! I'm running my first Marathon next Saturday, I'm not 100% sure of even being able to finish. My mind wants to dream of achieving certain times though, it seems possible when you are on the couch or lying in bed at night, not so easy when your legs are heavy and painful and you still have a half marathon to go. The course I'm running is not exactly a record pace course either with quite a bit elevation, especially the second half..

His previous London course record was 2.03:05 and easily topped his time with 28 second margin which made him look clearly faster than his form in Nike Breaking2 and 2019 London wasn't his main goal of the year as 2018 Berlin was.
