You should do some work with the Egoscue method. I noticed you one should sits much lower than the other. I had the same problem and egoscue fixed it for me.

It's very strange that you noticed such an array of benefits within the very first day of following their movements and taking their supplements. The placebo is strong.
If you commit and do the 45 minute rest ONE single….not half assedly. Focus on your spinal pelvic lock. Focus on your breath. Get deeper into your rotations for deeper releases….then it literally only takes one to notice a MASSIVE body shift. There is no placebo where releasing the fascia is concerned. There are emotions in there. When they come out. You feel lighter physically, spiritually, psychologically. . Do it. One time. And then come back to this comment section.
@@johnclayburchett I've done it a handful of times. It's cool and I do feel a little looser after, but for me it's not any sort of miraculous movement practice. I feel looser and more euphoric after a couple wind sprints.

My pain level was 7.5-8 out of 10 on the daily for probably close to 3 months. Whether placebo or not, feeling better is the goal.
