    Watched lots of videos and did the exercises featured in them. None of them worked. This is the only one that actually worked for me. This is the best video for shoulder pain. Thank you so much for sharing it.

    You should do some work with the Egoscue method. I noticed you one should sits much lower than the other. I had the same problem and egoscue fixed it for me.

      My pain level was 7.5-8 out of 10 on the daily for probably close to 3 months. Whether placebo or not, feeling better is the goal.

      If you commit and do the 45 minute rest ONE single….not half assedly. Focus on your spinal pelvic lock. Focus on your breath. Get deeper into your rotations for deeper releases….then it literally only takes one to notice a MASSIVE body shift. There is no placebo where releasing the fascia is concerned. There are emotions in there. When they come out. You feel lighter physically, spiritually, psychologically. . Do it. One time. And then come back to this comment section.

      @@johnclayburchett I've done it a handful of times. It's cool and I do feel a little looser after, but for me it's not any sort of miraculous movement practice. I feel looser and more euphoric after a couple wind sprints.

    Thank you fior creating these videos. I wasn't aware of their program. I stumbled upon the 15 min stress reset video almost a week ago and have been doing the excercises 3 days in a row and immediately after noticed something happening. The energy inside started to shift, I was hearing clearer sounds that wasn't noticeable before (like when doing plantmedicine) and some body parts realigning. Having heard your experience and the benefits of the program I am heavily leaning towards doing this myself. I don't know if the supplements are available in Europe as well. I was wondering why you choose to do the 15 min excercise in the evening (end of day) apposed to morning (start of day).

      @sandtx That's great to read you are doing the maneuvers. That's the power of doing these maneuvers. More alignment, restrictions have been unwinding in your body. I do them in the morning. I also enjoy adding them at the end of the day as well for it has improved my sleep dramatically. Awesome. If you have any more questions, let me know.       @@Markus_Mann yes exactly, I can feel the unwinding of the nervous system in the pelvic area and that also unwinds other parts in my body. I remember the first time I felt unwinding as if I was de-mummifying. It's now less painful and stressful then it was the past 2 years. This excercise is truly a great contribution. Thank you for your response and the link. Btw, I enjoyed watching the video where you did the neck/head/shoulder movement and you felt the release. It was like I was watching myself. I've had similar experiences and it always amazes me that stuck trauma/energy can be released so easily. Especially since I've been a regular at the physiotherapist, chiropractor and others for 25+ years with not much benefit (healing).
