Norally, a blind person at least has thier cane to feel thier path ahead of them. for say a side talk you feel the vibraton the cane hitting grass or the dip of the edge the side walk. I aim on a perfectly smooth surface you might end up turned around. I'm legally blind not toally but the cane and ball tip might acutally prvent the whoel losing a sense of where you are

On the Tannerite website they state that the mixed product is stable, it's only for legal reasons you cannot store/transport it A quick google search brings up a lot of people talking about how mixed tannerite ended up clumping due to humidity and consequently didn't work.

Ammonium nitrate when mixed with water produces an endothermic reaction (the mixed product isn't a new chemical until reacted, just the two powders suspended together), aluminium powder is an ingredient in tanneries and flash powder, it is not explosive on its own. Humidity would also degrade the aluminium powder, reducing reactivity. This is why it's reccomended to store away from humidity, not for fear of increased reactivity, but a reduction.
Many explosive materials becomes dramatically sensitive to an impact when containing 1-5% of sand or another such mineral powders. Considering that ammonium nitrate based mixes are extremely tough to initiate it was non-surprise that a normal car crash could not do it. I saw in some mining textbooks a recommendation to compact such mixes with a sledgehummer. In mining they're using fast and energetic primary explosives to initiate this.
On the Fender Bender myth: The one element they didn't test for was heat. In a real fender bender both cars have running engines, and when the containers of the explosives shatter in the collision a spark or the heat from the engine might set them off. My guess is that this is why it did explode when fired upon with a bullet: a bullet when fired gets really hot.

This is probably due to muscle or skeletal imbalance in the lower body. His entire left side was pretty "stiff" while his right was more mobile. imagine walking with your left leg in a cast (no mobility in the knee) it would be way easier to pivot on the right and swing the left leg over (landing just a little bit more across midline towards the right with each step) and you'll end up drifting to the right ever so slightly even without blindfolds.

The reaction cannot be triggered by a burning fuse or electricity. I didn't find references to prolonged exposure to heat though. It won't detonate I think, but there going to be some reaction for sure.

You can use a bit of toilet paper as a fuse, it's that flammable and also explosive. Forgot that balloons create static electricity. Being in the trunk, a spark... No more car or people
Without sight and moving, its more difficult to keep focusing on the task at hand I think. There might come something like "are cupcakes really that good?" idea and after a moment of thinking about that its "ou snap, I was supposed to focus on this other thing".

Yeah because it squished the material and threw it everywhere. However there was no flame.

High explosives (like dynamite or tnt) just burn when exposed to fire. For the detonation you need to create a shockwave
