Nothing was more exclusive than hutch in the 80s. Congratulations! I had a pearl and 24 karat gold hutch trick styler around 1989. It was beautiful, I can’t even find a picture of that bike today. Great memories.

I could totally do that, or some other random stem. But I’m going with a rotor and I want the built in cable stop. I figured, I have been waiting this long… what’s a couple more weeks/months at this point 🤷🏼♂️🤣

Ahhh, you got your frame set already! I missed an email from Hutch about needing to pay even more for shipping to Hawaii. I only found out when they called! Of course a video of the build and first impressions coming later in the week. Mine is going to be a long term project, where I tweak it with upgrades over time. @TheNostalgicNeighborhood Yes. I felt the same as you. I think the cruiser bars are too small, and I don't think the pro's would look right. The experts feel great. Don't forget the old school ODI Mushroom grips. They're super comfortable

Hello! I've just turned fifty a few months ago and I've decided its time to reconnect with my BMX days. I've gone through a load of your videos in the last day or two and just watching them has brought back so many memories. Brilliant job with the content. I've a quick question. I went through a few different bikes. I started on a Norco, then I rode a Redline and a GT, before eventually settling on a Haro Master. It was one of the black and teal, I think it was the 1st year they'd introduced the kneesaver bars, but I don't recall the exact year. I'm currently living in the UK, so I'm going to be doing my shopping online. I'd love one of the lineage bikes, but given the cost I think I'd be wise starting out with something more affordable at first. Can you recommend any modern brands for a 24-26 inch bike? I really appreciate it. 🙏 For modern brands in 24” to 26” complete bikes, bikes like the 26” GT Performer or 24” Dyno from GT are good options. I have a 24” Monza and I LOVE it. Race Inc. and SE has some nice completes too. Haro’s Radical Rick bike is awesome.
