    His forehand is too wild. I can imagine he can be a tough opponent when he is hot, but overall you are much more consistent player. When you return good, take his serve and play neutral point you have much more to offer on the court. Volleys can be better but they are always tricky to play, thats why Llodra was such a joy to watch. Congrats.

    This actually kept me entertained for the entire video and I didn't even realize that the time was passing. I love this style of content and your level is getting higher and higher constantly. Of course I can say anything tennis wise because I'm an 8.5 utr while ur at like the 14 utr level, but still it's awesome to understand what it's like to be an aspiring professional, and just how hard it is to make it in this sport. Awesome match. Great video. Perceptive commentary. And I can't wait for the next upload!

      Yes there's a subtle distinction of emotion there that has such significant effects.Never ceases to amaze me that when I'm happy and kind of expressing a simple joy on court,my game surprises me..gives me a new bar to try and set as my every day performance.
      Best of luck man and keep the videos coming ! Oh one thing,the camera position.I think your videos would gain a lot more traction if u improved the vantage point of the camera..you know how everyone is obsessed (rightly so) with the court view.If you could find a higher position,it would reflect the natural perspective of a player and render the view more realistic.That ground view doesn't flatter the tennis.

      Not that surprising tbh. Being ranked 1100 is still not that great of a level. Its basically the ranking you have after you reached a Futures Semifinal once. Its still amateur tennis in a way, cause tennis still costs significantly more money than it earns you.
      I know several guys that were ranked from 300 - 800. They are all good players on a national level, but on a bad day they lose to good league players as well. League players who never tried to become tennis pros.

    • @d-weezy
      @d-weezy Год назад +2

      Nothing against Simon, but it would seem impossible to get more than 1 or so games off the top guys like Nole, Rafa, Alcaraz, etc. Not to say that Simon isn’t a fantastic player as he would drum many players with ease, but the top players can routinely beat top-200 players breadsticks or bagels.

    • @pauljohnson6019
      @pauljohnson6019 Год назад

      @@d-weezy Cmon- Rafa? I think beating Rafa on hard court, or at least getting to a tie-break, shouldn't be that difficult, for a top 200 player, he's a clay specialist, I'd take my chances, and go for the bastard all out- I'd try and win one game, and I'm no top 1000 player!😄

    • @punpun2773
      @punpun2773 Год назад

      @@d-weezy I think you're underestimating top 200+ players a little bit because on a good day they can be very competitive against anyone. It's that they can't remain consistent throughout and when the errors creep in, the top players punish them. Like Borg recently vs Paul for example. So it's not impossible for Simon to not get 2-3+ games a set even against the top guys it's just he won't be able to win. He went toe to toe with Mikael Ymer before (even though Ymer's kind of an erratic player)

      @@arslantemirhanov1699 I am sorry if I offended you. I only felt the way your forhand swing was too wide. It creates a lot of power when you are in the good physic shape, but it may create a lot of errors when your opponents are competitive. You might be very tall, if you stay lower when you hit balls, I guess you will be more stable. I just realize that you are just 19 years old. I want to say sorry to you again. You need more encouragement than blame. It is my bad. Your serve and backhand are just fine. Wish you have a prosper career.
