Hi Andy. I couldn’t help notice that you appear to have the UK channels on your Fire Stick. I’m intrigued as to how you managed to load them on there?? I recently bought a Fire stick 4K (international)Max & am having absolutely no luck loading them. Despite the fact I’m using VPN - it STILL seems to be geo locked. I managed to to put CH4 on there- but that’s about all! I’d appreciate any advice you could offer? Is it the case that I need to buy the UK version in order to have a chance of success?? Regards Rob
Hey there Rob. My stick was a UK version from years ago and a lot of this was preloaded. However, as I'm based in Ireland I need to VPN to the UK in order to use them. I've managed to get BBC iPlayer working via VPN but not always, its still very hit and miss. I believe you can find the installer files (apk) for it online and install manually but it's a tricky process. I still don't understand the geo locking on the devices tbh. C4 and BBC are the only UK ones I've managed to get working through their own apps. BTW none of the 'live" options work for me at all.

You're probably better off using a Mi Stick in Ireland. Uses full android TV, not mobile like other devices. No ethernet for them is a downside though.
Not really to be honest. There's a few more pin protection options such as protecting apps and photo gallery by pin. But tbh there's nothing groundbreaking here. The major thing is easier navigation and switching profiles.
I've another stick I customise like this, (and end up having to reset more than I'd care to admit :D ) but it would be nice for Amazon to be more permissive and lock down less out of the box... but as I've said before, Amazon hate Ireland and want everything in their sub eco system even if they rely on Android.

Use downloader .. filesynced .. few app cin hd .. wolf launcher .. then add ur own background 🤔 .. real debrid and all debrid .. sorted.
