- Kicking off a new series on gadgets for 2022, I first look at a Bluetooth and Fingerprint padlock from PotHunder. While this does eliminate the need to carry a key, there are some drawbacks compared to a mechanical device, but does the geek factor win out?

A small padlock that looks handy. This idea to avoid losing keys is really great, I bought a couple of padlocks because I keep losing keys and the padlocks don't work anymore and I wasted a lot of money.
I had the padlock, it was great until I let it fall and it would never lock again after that 😂

Hi. Can we register two different fingerprint ( two people) on one pad luck ? How is it. May you explain it please?
Been a while since I used it, but from what i can remember you can have several. I think it's up to 10 but don't quote me on that.
so i just purchased this device and have tried to register it, but no green light comes on, and i also tried to bluetooth it but a couple of different names come up
Best to try and reset it if you can and start again. The initial setup from what I remember was done via Bluetooth as nothing worked until I had paired with my phone and stored fingerprints that way.

The Lock Picking Lawyer can open that with a toothpick and a napkin faster than you can open it with your thumb.
I've no doubt. At the end of the day padlocks are really a deterrent rather than something that's gonna stop someone. Particularly this size.

How do you bypass the fingerprint on the little fingerprint Bluetooth padlock my wife and I divorced and it was left behind and I'm trying to use it but it's her fingerprint
Depends on the model. Some have a small pin hole in the bottom that you can push something into, and they will open. Others have back up keys. If neither applies to your model, the only options are either brute force, cutting it or getting a locksmith to try and open.
