Nothing wrong with living in a tent but it probably is scorching hot!
The nipa roof that the houses have surprisingly makes the place so much cooler!
Philippine soil is very fertile. You’ll be surprised how easy it is to grow anything in the Philippines but when the typhoon comes, it damages a lot of plants. But just the people, they are very resilient!
i doubt it's hot at night. He's definitely out most of the day.

I lived in a tent for 2 years while I built our home in the mountains of candoni in negros I was just tired to drive back and forth everyday. It's not so bad once you get used to no Aircon and no fan

very cozy. there is an aluminized bubble plastic insulation 1 cm thick or less that is used for insulating ceilings so it's not hot. maybe thats an option if it gets too sunny.

It's a challenge being vegan in the Philippines as vegan food options are limited to certain areas, but it is manageable as other vloggers like Eight Miles from Home and Vegan Bisdak have proven. Good luck on your journey.
Being Vegan in Davao. So many vegetables and fruits you could buy in the market, and reasonably cheap.
No problem if you are in Mindanao, especially in Davao.. name your favorite fruit and you'll have it..

If a vegan can cook or prepare their own meal, the abundance of veggies and fruits in the Philippines, it's like paradise for vegans
Go to mindanao choose surigao del norte, Davao city,cagayan de oro,and bukidnon..no problem if your vegan...all fruits and vegetable you can find in the market with cheap price...
My son's at Thier younger age love to sleep on tent every night in our yard , than on the bed😅

Enjoy the warm weather for us please, i really miss my Botong(young coconut)one of my favorite of all fruits. I'd climb the coconut tree just to get botong for myself.

Get some coconut/nipa leaves to use over your tent, coconut leaves is much cooler as it allows aeration through the overlapping layers as opposed to fully blocking synthetic fabric of the tent.
Pardon, I'm a little scatterbrained lately, but what I meant was having the extra coconut roof filters out too much sun. We Who have been here for years couldn't even stand living in tents. Nipa shelters are so much more comfortable.
