Andrei, I think what you cooked wasn't bihon, it was a sotanghon a glass like kind of noodles, but that's delicious too.. you've done the right way except vegetable should be put last. then cover the Pan. Thank You for loving Filipino Foods especially to your Mom. & to the whole Family🙏❤️
