- Hi guys! Finally we arrived on Samal Island! Today I will show you our accommodation for the next three weeks! And mom will swim in the sea for the first time in her life! I'm so happy for her!

Andre let your Mom stay in the sea water for 30 minutes to 1 hour. It is good for her health. Much better to do it early in the morning.

Yes. By 6am bring ur mother in the sea everyday The fresh air will help her condition. Then by 7 or 8am let her swim or stay in water. Promise her health will be OK. Always give her fish like sinigang, inihaw to reduce her cholesterol in her blood. Sunlight early morning is good for her. Love ur mother. Pls. Take care of her. ❤❤❤❤
Heat index 46°C from 8 am until 8pm. Dont go to the sea especially seniors
Yes dont go to the beach when its too hot. She might have a heat stroke. Keep drinking water and coconut water to keep hydrated. Take care.

Andrei... record your Mom's Blood Pressure twice daily (once early in the morning upon waking up & the next is in the afternoon before sleeping) and write it down in a piece of Paper... Record for the whole week .. so Doctors would have a much clear understanding on how to manage your mother's health with regards to Blood Pressure.
It would also be nice to monitor her Lipid Profile atleast twice or ones a year. So as her HbA-1C.
I just lost my mother. I miss her so much. It's so heart warming to see Andrei be so gentle and caring towards his mother. I wish I could be given a second chance to be as loving and attentive to my mom, like Andrei. 👍

Yes,guyabano is very good in hiblood even d leaves u can make tea,papaya fruits ripe or veggi,suha,piña or put dz in food like pork,chiken or kangkong piniñiahan food,no seafoods,beef or lomi,sinigang chiken or pork lean,every morning walking in d beach is good in lungs & healthy body,yes,swimming is vèry good exercise,no ginataan food its oily,d bread always toasted no butter & peanut or mayo or sweet,no cofee ok rice cafe,no milktea or shake ,halo2 is ok,oatmeald fish,pork no fats boiled,grilled no lettuce & amplaya it can spike,Godluck / godbless olways.

It is nice that you and your mom are enjoying your stay in Samal Island. You can swim as often as you want, eat healthy food, but please limit your intake of too much sweets like mango and pineapple. Avocado is good. It is expensive here in Canada. I pray that your mom will have happy memories of her stay in the Philippines. Stay well both of you.

Is this a resort? Enjoy what you, can, Mama. Drink lots of coconut water. I just sent for Mama some Pesos to use for massage therapy. Sometimes, our younger adult children don’t realize we can’t walk as far and and as fast or as long as they can. Andre, give Mama a break, stop for a few minutes along the way…. Love from NY, Ludy, a 76 year old senior, still working full time by the grace of God!

Hi Andrei. I just wanted to share something with you regarding her diet. While fruits are definitely nutritious, some can be high in sugar, which might not be ideal for her condition and can cause diabetes. (Please have a proper research abt fruits with high sugar) Please consider more vegetables and fish as well. There are plenty of affordable options here in the Philippines & you can have it there in Samal Island for sure. Maybe you could look into some Filipino healthy vegetable recipes to compliment the fruit intake. 'Law-uy' is a popular and healthy choice among Bisaya esp in Mindanao. Please avoid salty and oily foods as well. :)
Avocado is okay for her. Avocado can lower sugar in our blood as well as lower cholesterol in our body

Mom Olga should eat more boiled Vegies/ law-oy with spicy herbs( ginger,lemongrass,long onions anything that suits to on your cooking.
Make a tinola. Boiled fish with spicy,herbs & vegies like sweet potaoes leaves or malunggay/ moringga leaves. Thats so nutrious. Please try that, i bit pretty easy to find those.Anyhow…
Mom Olga should avoid eating very ripe mangoes / ripe pineapples.thats quite a bit of an issues regarding to people who is concerned of hi sugar intake.
Andrei if you have a chance to buy sweet potatoes/ camote in visayan language,sweet potaoes are way much better than pandesal.
Bread / flour is processed food. Therefore its not really good for health.

It's El Nino season here; and its your mama's first time in an extremely hot climate, coming from Russian winter which is an extreme opposite. I suggest you guys take extra precaution touring around on hot sunny days. After exposure to hot and humid conditions, remember to AVOID immediate cold drinks and sudden cold baths. Her system is not prepared for such. Also give her umbrella and usb-powered mini-fan if possible.
