Andrei, you might want to boil tanglad/lemon grass everyday and let your mom drink it. She can drink cold or hot and add a little bit of honey. I do that everyday and my BP was down from 180/120 to 140/85. I have hated drinking medicine since I was a kid. So I always do some research about natural remedies or herbs that can help with any illness. My son is always drinking boiled lemon, ginger with honey everyday and he doesn't get sick even during the pandemic. I avoid taking antibiotics when we get sick. Also you can make it a habit to do some brisk walking for 30 minutes a day or just walking around the area is enough. Take care!
