- Friends, my mother and I unexpectedly met Kulas @BecomingFilipino , I was so happy about this meeting, because in Russia I always watched this blogger’s video! and I couldn’t even dream of meeting him! I hope someday we will make a video together with him!

You can always avail a wheelchair for your mom when purchasing plane tickets for her. Its usually free of charge. You just tip the attendant .

Gee…. Thank God ur mom is fine now. Ur sooo lucky to have met Kulas…hes big time blogger but very humble and generous ! Became Filipino citizen given by Philippine senate because of his patriotism ! Next time ur mom get high blood pressure….Take med immediately….drink lots of clean water …. Rest lie down….get ice pack and put back of her neck … this will lower her blood pressure within 30 minutes…..onced rested ….do Breathing exercise….Inhale count to 4 hold breath count 5 then exhale count 6 … these are all very Effective for immediate relief of high blood pressure. My internist here in US taught me this and it works !!!!!!!

Andrei, you might want to boil tanglad/lemon grass everyday and let your mom drink it. She can drink cold or hot and add a little bit of honey. I do that everyday and my BP was down from 180/120 to 140/85. I have hated drinking medicine since I was a kid. So I always do some research about natural remedies or herbs that can help with any illness. My son is always drinking boiled lemon, ginger with honey everyday and he doesn't get sick even during the pandemic. I avoid taking antibiotics when we get sick. Also you can make it a habit to do some brisk walking for 30 minutes a day or just walking around the area is enough. Take care!

Andrei, be careful eating too much while traveling. The heat is not also good if you eat different kinds of food. You can eat as much when you are in your hotel . Make sure your mom always feel comfortable to avoid getting sick from your travels. Get her rest enough before you go out sightseeing. Make sure also to take her medications! Andrei, you are a very nice guy to your mother! So you both take good care of yourselves!! Healthcare in the Philippines is kinda expensive! God bless and stay safe!!🇵🇭
