I know how to Cook and prepare the "puso"rice cooked with coconut leaf, it's my grandma business, I've learned how to prepared it at my early age 7 years old❤
We're in the same boat po maam...i learnt how to wave and cook puso from diamond shape to binaki ( that one using two pairs of coconut leaves) at age five because puso was the business of my parents in the 60's and early 70's in Mandaue City, Cebu

That rice in coco leaves are called "puso" in bisaya. A traditional way of preparing rice in karinderyas in provinces wh3re coconut trees are abundant. They just hang it above the displayed "sud an". it's best for going picnic or just for baon. It's more convenient specially when paired with just bbq.. you can eat it with out a plate
