I am a vegetarian just like Andrey and so I use tofu a lot as my source of protein. I marinade my slice tofu with a bit of soy sauce and “Tocino mix” . Tofu absorbs any flavour you add to it. I also make adobo with tofu and potatoes but I add vegetable bouillon ( dehydrated soup broth with spices and herbs) to add some flavour since it has no meat.
