Val Kilmer has risen above the challenges of his health issues. He has proven that although we have good and bad times, with the help and support of others we all can live up to our potential. I look forward to seeing any project he is involved in because I believe he will succeed in anything he portrays.
Where’s the Navajo Medicine Man recognition for keeping Val Kilmer alive? Look at all the symbols and traditional souvenirs around his neck and the turquoise colors on some of them? His faith in the Navajo medicine ways have kept him alive longer.
I wish Val the absolute best. Fought cancer myself, end stage Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.. Not fun. Ended up losing a good amount of weight, 7+ inches of my small intestine, which I still have pain and problems with that over 2 years later and a chunk of my hip bone. It's a bad time. At the time I was in my 3rd season of commercial set-netting for sockeye salmon (I live in Alaska and don't get on me about the effects of commercial fishing, I was trying to take care of my son.) I was seriously struggling throughout the season, I was tying knots wrong, whenever we were setting the nets on shore I would do it backwards, I was short tempered from being so tired and out of breath all the time and snapped at people. It was awful. Near the end of the season I noticed I was sick for a long time, at that point I had pneumonia for over a month, had pneumonia for 3 months total before I went to my doctor and said "Hey, somethings wrong. I've never been sick like this for this long." so they did bloodwork and then sent me up to Anchorage Alaska (from Alaska, shout out to anyone else who is!) and had a PET scan done where they test your bone marrow. The Indian (not Native American, the other one.) doc swore I was too young to have cancer and that he would bet anything on it. I mean he swore up and down that there was no way it was cancer. He came back afterwards on a phone call and apologized. (Btw, getting the bone marrow in your hip tested while your awake and barely numbed up because they put a bunch of patients before you sucks. I had this huge 6'4'' male nurse hold me down and I still about came off the bed swinging. (I'm 5'10'' and was 40lbs lighter than I should have been. Was at 158 at the time, the last time I was that thin, I was 12. (I did Greco-Roman wrestling for years with Steve Wolfe, May he rest in peace. Amazing coach.. If you want to read an amazing book, find his on Amazon. It's great. He was an amazing coach and man and I miss him like crazy. He pushed me to be better and stronger when I was ready to give up.) Anywho. Stay safe out there everyone! Hope you all had an amazing Holiday Season! ❤

Even communicating with fans taking pictures afterwards You even had great art you created for sale. Thank you for trying your best
Val Kilmer began smoking cigarettes at age 8. Getting his cigarettes from relatives until he was old enough & had the money to buy his own. He became a chain smoker. He confessed that he sometimes smoked up to 3 - 6 packs per day. He did this, knowing that he was genetically predisposed to throat cancer as many of his blood related family had suffered & died young from it. Yet, he continued to smoke until his diagnosis after coughing up blood. Not everyone who smokes as much as or as early in life as Val Kilmer, develops throat cancer. He was predisposed to it. Maybe, with the money he made, it would have saved him a lot of pain to enter a smoking cessation program or even use products to do it himself.
I’m such a Kilmer fan, it’s so sad he’s struggling but this is an incredibly difficult disease to beat and it takes so much, and losing the voice is but one of those things! My Dad had throat cancer! I wish I could hug kilmer

One of the most underrated part Val plays is a part (I heard he wasn’t paid for) in the movie called King of the Hill. He plays a drunk father. One scene in that movie alone tells you how amazing an actor Kilmer is and was. I think people’s disabilities & flaws should be considered in more movies. It would make things more realistic.

Quite sure chemo, radiation and biotherapy cobtribured to management of his disease.
I noticed his jewelry, thank you for explaining its meaning.
I’d like to know that .? Thank you for sharing . He is very brave . I admire him
We absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Be safe and have a great day!
The LEGEND CONTINUES. Always fighting to live life and live through the eyes of love and passion.
I ❤Val Kilmer , ✌️🤘 I hope for the best for him!
Us too! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. What other types of video would you like to see?
Be the best you can be . There are hard days I know but whatever you can pull out, PULL. Keep making us proud. Your one of the BEST.
He pushed me to be better and stronger when I was ready to give up.)
Anywho. Stay safe out there everyone! Hope you all had an amazing Holiday Season! ❤
VAL is so much more than a "Hollywood Icon"....more than a "Legend".....
He is simply one of Very few of the Absolute BEST.
GODBLESS, MASSIVE LOVE and RESPECT SIR~
We cannot wait to see your next Film!
Beautiful words, thank you for your message for Val. May he recover and come back stronger. In your opinion, what is his finest role?
My heart goes out to him and prayers as well! His portrayal of Doc Holiday is legendary and definitely should have won an award for it. Have always been a fan and wish him only the best!!
A great actor
Hope you get well Val 🙏 i was at one of your shows before the pandemic. To see how hard you were trying for your fans was very admirable. I haven’t seen in while so I hD no idea that you had throat cancer. Yet you put a scarf on and the show went on. Even communicating with fans taking pictures afterwards You even had great art you created for sale. Thank you for trying your best
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful message for Val. In your opinion, what is his finest role?
Gotta say The Salton Sea
I have a laryngectomy and I think its awesome that he is going to continue
A second season of Willow? LOL.
I totally agree that scene in Maverick was so heartfelt and strong....keep doing you Val, your fans are behind you 💯!!!
Love him
He was amazing in The Doors and Tombstone ❤
I was happy that he was able to have a cameo in the new TOP GUN: MAVERICK film,
Oh no I pray for you Val I’m so sorry your going through another mountain. I think you are an awesome actor and such a sweet person.
His portrayal of Jim Morrison was fantastic.
THE GHOSTS AND THE DARKNESS IS MY FAVE OF HIS FILMS HOPE HE CAN HAVE A TURN FOR THE BETTER
BEST TO YOU VAL
I’m such a Kilmer fan, it’s so sad he’s struggling but this is an incredibly difficult disease to beat and it takes so much, and losing the voice is but one of those things! My Dad had throat cancer! I wish I could hug kilmer
My prayers goes out to Val. I love him in both Top Guns. great actor.
I'm watching his Prime Documentary... such great footage, he was a pretty versatile actor. So sad to see him having health issues, but so amazing that still took the time to show his fans love. Ohhh did I have a crush on him back in the day 😍
Well said, we strongly concur! Thank you for watching our content and for sharing your thoughts. We wish you the best in 2023 🧨
I would love to see him season 2 willow even for one scene.
Dont think that show is going to last much longer. I hear its pretty terrible.
@@dasparado yeah it not that good and its disney woke.
Val Kilmer is an icon. There is nobody like him.
@Val kilmerofficial Santa Cruz California.
Awesome, as long as Val feels he can do movies he must. Even if it is only to speak 3 sentences. His presence is all that is needed. Prayers & Blessings
He's a great actor, I hope he continues to act and create !
Us too! Let us hope for Val's speedy recovery.
Of course he should continue acting - this shouldn't even be in question!!! IF it's something he wants to do, and with or without his voice. He is so inspirational and TALENTED...more God-given power to you, Val. ❤❤
Im your huckleberry. My fav line of all times. Even got it on my phone.
Well said, we strongly concur! Thank you for watching our content and for sharing your thoughts. What other types of video would you like to see?
Val is an amazing actor. I so glad he decided to keep going with his acting career. He's showing the world that no matter what life throws at you keep pushing forward. Do what you love to do.
Much Love Val 💛

Bless you Mr. Kilmer! Thank you for many years of entertainment. I pray for your health sir.
If he can pull it off I'd like to see more of him. Best of luck. (We first saw you in 'Top Secret')
Cancer affects almost every family. Both my mother and her father, (my grandfather), succumbed to cancer.
Seeing Val in Top Gun Maverick was a touching moment. I wish Val all the best, and a full recovery.
I was just watching him again in Heat last night, he was so savage during the bank robbery
You go Val! You are an inspiration, ❤❤👍
I love his acting. Favorite movie with him is Ghost and the Darkness. Pray he recovers
I send Prayers for Val Kilmer, he is such a amazing actor.
I love Val Kilmer! Always have. I’m glad he can (at least I hope so!) and wants to continue to act. He’s such a talented man. Not just with acting but with other endeavors. He has documented his life and his children’s lives on video tape and I think that is absolutely wonderful. Not to mention thoughtful. I hope he’s around for a whole lot longer!!
❤️💜💚
Always loved him he just needs to focus on recovering b4 anything else he needs to feel like he's a 💯 then do acting & not feel pressure to hurry up we'll all be waiting & exited when he returns
Absolutely, we feel the same way! Thank you for sharing your sentiments and for watching our content. What other types of video would you like to see on our channel?
Always a fan, if he wants to continue acting, more power to him! I'll be watching Mr. Kilmer, you are an awesome actor and Thank you! Much l8ve with your recovery! Light, love and healing is wished and prayed for you! ❤️
Beautiful words, thank you for your message for Val. Which of his roles appealed to you the most?
Val Kilmer is awesome. He played Iceman, Madmartigan, Jim Morrison, Doc Holliday, Batman, the Saint...and best of all Chris Knight in Real Genius.
Just got worse??? WTF it sounded more like he's doing better from this video & that's AWESOME!
I had the same condition and wear a stoma, this is a form of a trach....the radiation was the worst, I was nearly burnt if not starved to death, I fought twice to be brought back, after 10 years i am as Val....it's a pain in the rear, and the worst you can go threw......Unfortunately the worst part of not breathing right, the stares from others, I find myself reclusive at times and an oddity.
He has always been one of my favorites. He has tenacity, a very admirable character trait. He is still handsome♥️
Beautiful words, thank you for your message for Val. We're moved. We wish you a Happy New Year! What are your plans for today?
I'm so sad about this... Tombstone is one of my all time favorite films. Wishing you the best Val!
One of my all time favs. Tombstone is my fav. I think he should keep doing whatever he wants to do for the rest of his life.
Will be praying for him and his family. 🙏

The Documentary on Prime, "Val", explains a lot. He and his son direct the Documentary. I found it absolutely fascinating. Loves and healing blessings to him! 🙏🩷
