Just saw that TPOB has a gold titanium psycho blade now. Wonder how that compares to the black graphite 1 that’s so popular..
@@justcryHavok probably easier to gap given the gold and black contrast vs black on black
stylecraft has much better quality of their stuff. tpob is budget rubbish. the look of them is cheap and most of the time they just copy other brands.

I totally agree about the blades these days especially on style craft..that’s why I almost always have to incorporate my corded masters and seniors..I definitely want to see TPOB add a traditional taper blade..

Have got this clipper coming with a trimmer for home beard duty. What's the best blade type for beard trimming or will this shallow tooth work fine?
It should be fine. I usually use a deep tooth cutter and a taper blade for shaping beards but shallow should be fine
@@thewoodshedbarber Cheers will see how I go, at the price of these can always get another blade if need be. Going to be a huge upgrade from my cheapo wahls that are very good at pushing the hair around 🤣

Yep, it pretty much a plastic mythic as far as the footprint goes

Thanks for the sub! Yeah the higher the rpm just seems like it’s good for polishing. I thing the TPOB Phantom is better for that too. Pretty much the same motor. That troll just mows through bulk a lot better
@@thewoodshedbarber do you think it coming with a deep tooth cutting blade would change your opinion? I hope you revisit these if so lol
I put the deep tooth on there and it did a lot better, and TPOB said that the future ones will come with deep tooth. It’s pretty much the same motor as the TPOB phantom and I like the way that one handles better. So I would still recommend the Phantom over the Yeti. But it’s still pretty good
