If you believe that your relationship was great overall, why worry? We all want instant gratification to help soothe our pain that we’re feeling now. We feel that if we have them right now, our pain will go away. Even if they come back tomorrow, the problem(s) that caused the split is still there. Work on yourself and spend your time being single. Work on becoming a better version that your ex met when they first laid their eyes on you. Let it go and let everything fall into place. If they never come back, then they weren’t worth crying over. Someone better will come along. Why waste your time focusing on something that you can’t control? Focus on what you CAN control.....yourself

It's been since February when we split and there was no reason we just never saw each other after that only a few texts when covid started. I’m on 7 weeks of NC!! I am happy again. If he comes back so be it! Might just be too late. I just lost my brother, 5-16-19 and he breaks it off with me. He was 49 massive heart attack! Sierra Perry my parents split for 10 years before they got back together . Multiple partners in between but it was meant to be so they linked again and had my fugly ass . Don’t be discouraged just do other stuff and see other people . Honestly eventually you’ll forget about them and that feeling in your chest will fade away . You’ll be happier . Stronger . My ex reaches out every 2-3 months. Initially, i had hope like most of you, but now i am over the pain and just do my thing and go on dates with new women and i'm in a good place. I never call or text her but yet she never fails to make contact every 2-3 months. Most ex's will reach out for a shot of validation or when they are frustrated or emotionally down. So Craig is right, they will reach out......but it's usually for self serving validation rather than to genuinely explore getting back together. Zeus111 does she want to be friend with you? I agree with you on their motives to reach out for self validation and ego boost. The fact they reach out does not mean much. My first boyfriend contacted me something like 11 years after he dumped me, and it seemed he was feeling down and just separated then. I chatted a bit but never met him again. It just was way to late.

Guys, listen up. Do NOT despair. This fellow speaks from knowledge. Don't slip and make possibly unrepairable mistakes. Be strong, be Alpha, and most of all be patient. It's SO hard, but it works. And, not to be a bummer, but if it doesn't work out in the long run there's a million, jillion other chicks out there. And you WILL be stronger in the long run. Good luck!

From my experience, guys that are fwb are usually just in it for the sex and don’t have any emotional feelings towards you. I thought nc with my fwb would make him see that he actually does want more with me, but he ended up dating someone and now they are engaged lol. It took me awhile to move on, but I did and never messed around with fwb again.

I doubt my ex will reach out to me. 15-year marriage down the toilet - I'm fairly sure he is a narcissist. I do know he thinks about me twice a month as he's paying alimony to me. I wanted him back for a long time until I started watching your videos. After doing months of research on Narcissism and the other Cluster B disorders, everything made sense. risse x he told me and everyone he wants us again before the year ends . His job requires him horrible hours that he is tired And no time for me at the time , so i respect that ! Feelings do change like the clouds, like her feelings for me changed from "I love you and am still in love with you" when she just wanted time and space to figure things out, to "things have become clearer" and then dating someone else 2 months after the breakup. "Hopefully we can be friends in the future" she says, but she's taken steps to remove me from all social media lol. Aka no we won't be friends, and she probably doesn't want me to see it's the guy she apparently didn't have feelings for and I apparently didn't have to worry about. My dumper ex reached out by text after a month. But it turned out that the reach out was for her to say the final goodbye. No contact was good for myself because it help me heal. But no contact did not cause my ex to get closer to me. The opposite happened. After no contact, my ex became much, much, much more distant. I never ever saw her again.

I can't believe am with my love again
I just want to say thank you for taking the time to make this video. I wish I was able to believe there is hope for me getting my ex back. She left me because I cheated and says she hates me. I know I don't deserve her love but I can't help but regret my actions. I think about her every day and she hasn't spoken to me in over a month. I begged for her not to leave and she blocked my number. I know she will never come back but its nice hearing that she might.
Sorry to say and as hard as it sounds, in my opinion your ex girlfriend should never take you back. I say that as a guy who could never cheat on my loved one. You (probably) threw away all trust she had in you and there are enough good and decent guys out there, who are serious and would never hurt their girl and throw away a longterm relationship and everything for some quick fun and one night adventure. You knew the consequences before but you still gave in by your own will and now you should pay the price for that, sorry to say. For cheating you should never get a second chance and maybe in future, you learned out of your mistakes for your next girlfriend and finally can worship relationship over cheating with another girl.
For most cases, there’s always a chance an ex will reach out again. But in mine, there is no shot. When he broke up with me back in December, he said he doesn’t typically reach back out to his ex’s after it ends. Since then, he’s hooked up on and off with his ex gf (who he claimed was CRAZY) and now he has a new gf who actually used to serve us drinks when we would go out for margarita Mondays (nice girl but she’s screwed with this guy). it’s been 3 months since I’ve been in no contact but the overwhelming anxiety is gone. So, I can at least say that I’m feeling much better but I’m pretty sure he’s never coming back. Oh well, on to the next.

I am 100% certain I will never hear from my ex. He's a dismissive avoidant individual. The more I learn about attachment styles especially dismissive avoidant they are able to cut you off, out of their life, and into another relationship in the blink of an eye. They don't deal with emotions and fear any kind of intimacy. I still care for him and have compassion for him. I do still hope some day we will talk again but I'm not letting that rule my life and will continue working on myself making changes to become a happier, confident version of myself.

My girlfriend and I got into a bad arguement and I said "maybe you should be with someone better" she took that as being dumped and I immidietly regretted it, but it was too late. Over the course of the day I tried and I tried to convince herto give me a final chance and she thinks I'm better off without her., but in truth, she is the best thing in my life... I'm so afraid I'll never get another chance with her. T-T

The breakup last year was so tremendously difficult but thanks to the Skype coaching with you and Margaret earlier this year, I was able to navigate through and process the difficult emotions in the situation. I just suddenly found out he was on dating app and talking to girls then I just said if u can't commit let's let it be he said yes I can't commit so it's been 3 days now. I really love him but he hasn't reached out.
She dumped me right before Christmas. She was literally the love of my life the only woman who ever made me happy. She has not contacted me in a month. When we first broke up I texted her upset maybe four times but stopped contact few weeks ago. I feel awful so scared and worried she moved on with someone else. I literally treated her like a queen and didn't do anything wrong other than love her and support her.

I've just had a sane break up where we decided our differences meant he didn't think it would work. I think them being in a failed relationship for 9 years previously scared them from making the same mistake again. They love me but I know they're going with their head even though their heart is still mine. We spoke for a few hours, cried and parted ways.
I'm scared they wont reach out, I'm scared they will but not because they changed their minds. It's going to be hard not to run into them too because we go to the same bars and clubs but that has just resulted in them running away from me.
We'll see how the no contact thing goes, I have to be strong not to drunk text them.

You might as well be beating a dead horse. In most cases, girls don't delete a guy's phone number. One of my technicians even had a girl who had friendzoned and blocked him off all social media only to have her text him by finding his number from a mutual friend......Either way, consider her dead till she decides to text you. If she doens't text you, she is the real loser. There is a game of thrones meme on facebook about love where it goes something like this:
