Thank you for watching, and for the amazing feedback! I really hope you do try it - they're so fun to work with, and there are always such pretty napkins available.
Hi there! It's a tool from Creative Memories, called a Multi-Purpose Tool. I love these things! I just checked their site and they do still have them, and they're $8.00. Money well spent in my book!
I really enjoyed your napkins cards!!! I have made sooooo many this week. I learned at a stamping show this spring that an easy way to trim off the edges without getting adhesive on your scissors you can use an emery board. Hold your adhered napkin between your thumb and forefinger and move your emery board in a downward motion. Going the same direction all the time. It takes a little practice but is a very clean edge! It sounds like a cat in a cat litter box😂😂😂. Thanks for sharing your talents.
Thanks so much Debra! This is a great idea, and I will definitely try it! I'm cracking up about the cat box sound, cuz I just cleaned ours out. hahaha! I'm glad you've enjoyed the cards.
You have given me a lot of wonderful ideas. I have to say I really enjoyed learning from you. I have an idea to make an envelope like the long side opening one you showed us. I could make a money gift card and put it into a homemade envelope. there are still some products you used, that I have not tried yet, but will see if I can purchase what I need. thank you so much. P.S. I know you couldn't hear me lol but I was hoping you would put the orange thanks on the brown with a nice thin trim, it really made the card pop. I love it
Thanks for such kind words Wanda! I truly appreciate the compliments. I think a long envelope would be the perfect holder for a money give card. I'm glad I used the orange on that square card too! You're right, it does pop!
I just found you tonight. Very informative tutorials. Today I've been watching Ann Melvin in the U.K. making napkin cards. She laminated the napkin with matt sheets with the lamination on one side of the napkin which looks like vellum when it's done.
Thank you Marilyn! I'm sure that's a cool look as well! Do you have a link to her videos? I found her on RUclips, but can't find a napkin video. I'd love to see how she does it. Thanks again!
Thank you for the tip with the washi tape to pull it apart. I have big fingers, and it is so hard for me. Are you still doing the classes? I have trouble with Facebook. Can I still do the classes?
Hi Rita! I'm glad you found the washi tape helpful. I am still doing classes, but not on a regular schedule. This Napkin card class was from last year, and I don't have any more of the materials left to make any more kits. I JUST had online class this week - Wednesday and Thursday, featuring a new flower set. I always stream to both RUclips and Facebook, so if Facebook is giving you a hard time - poo poo on that. Just come on over here to RUclips. :)
I am a new subscriber and love napkin cards thank you. Most of the products you have shown I have, but I am not sure what the shiny stuff is. and I use freezer paper to put napkin on card stock, I have not heard of the adhesive paper before, but don't they do the same? Just asking as I have only been making the cards for a little while. i don't have a heating gun, can a hair dryer be used?
Thank you for subscribing Wanda! There are a few different ways to stick your napkins to the paper, so if freezer paper works for you - keep on using it! If it ain't broke, don't fix it right? The shiny stuff was clear embossing powder, and unfortunately hair dryers a) don't get hot enough to melt the powder, and b) don't concentrate the heat, so it just ends up blowing the powder off and all around. Don't rush to acquire all the tools and gadgets. Pace yourself. :) I'm glad you like the cards too!
Hi Sherry! I was able to rummage through my supplies and unfortunately - I don't have the napkins, some of the cardstock, embossing folders or punches to make up any more kits. I'm really sorry. Thanks for your patience while I checked.
Thank you! The flowery ones all came from my Mom's house. Looked like she got them at tea shops. The fall-ish ones came from Walmart, Target, and Hobby Lobby.
I do put the pin in and leave it, and it never dried up on me. I also use Art Glitter Glue and use a pin in that one too...note that they are two different size pins. I didn't know that at first. The Bearly Art glue pin is skinnier than the other. But yeah - I generally leave my glue bottles open and on their sides when I'm actively working on a project...so maybe an hour at a time? Put the pin in when I'm done and it's all good. Maybe your pin is somehow too small and air is getting in there. Do you have the fine-tip on the glue bottle? That makes a difference too.
Hi Jan! My friend gave them to me, but I'm pretty sure she got them from Simon Says Stamp. You're talking about the little silicone hands, right? They're so cute!
Hi Mary! Thanks for watching, but no - I have no more kits available. This class was from last May, and I only had so many to start out with. The problem is I'm completely out of most of the napkins, and some of the colors retired and I no longer have all the cardstock. :( The designs will hopefully work with any decorative napkins you might have though. All of the paper measurements are on the blog post, so you can copy the card designs using your own materials. Again, I'm sorry that I don't have any more.
Love your cards!
Thanks Sherry!
I like your cards.
Thank you so much Mildred!
your cards are very pretty thank you for showing us how to make those with your napkins. I plan to try it.
Thank you for watching, and for the amazing feedback! I really hope you do try it - they're so fun to work with, and there are always such pretty napkins available.

@@ToniStamps Your very welcome
Sujestion just add a little butterfly on the spot and don’t worry
That is a great idea! I will keep that in mind for the next time I have a boo-boo...because it's bound to happen! :)
My wife is watching from Muswellbrook NSW
That's awesome! I hope she enjoyed it!
Sound good
Thank you!

@@ToniStamps thank you so very much. I just love making the cards, and all the beautiful ideas to implement.
I agree - there are so many ways to create beautiful things. Enjoying ourselves while creating is a worthwhile thing!
Can I still get a kit? It’s Jan 14 2025?
I will check my supplies, but I don't think I do. Give me a couple of days to look through stuff.

Where do you purchase your napkins. They are so beautiful
Thank you! The flowery ones all came from my Mom's house. Looked like she got them at tea shops. The fall-ish ones came from Walmart, Target, and Hobby Lobby.
I noticeyou put the pin in your BEARLY Arts bottle tip . do you leave it in. Im having issues with clogging

Where do you get your paper holder when you heat gun the paper?
