I finished the 7step today and I feel connected to my body and I feel very relaxed I will do more yoga to be completely one with my body and mind, Thank you very much 🙏
This was awesome, done with all 7 levels. Thank you, Preeti. I can bend forward and fully touch the ground with my palms, that was something I couldn't do before.
I had completed evolution, transformation, 30’day yoga challenge.. and couple of more series.. however took a break and found that body had gotten stiff again (back to square one ) hence started with beginner series.. after completing this particular series.. looks like my body is now ready for evolution series 😀 thanks. Starting tomorrow I start with evolution series (in fact this is one of my favourite as it covers all the sequences)
I finally completed my 7 day beginner series. Preeti, you are an amazing teacher!! It almost feels like you’re giving the session in person which is probably why I had a great experience being introduced to Yoga. I would definitely take a few more courses from you. So my next course is Awakening series as suggested by you during our communication ☺️

I started many times with you but drop the series , but this time I completed and last day was hard i couldn't able to do properly stand on one leg and many times many aasanas not easy for me due to my weight. So mam my question kya iske bad mujhe tripot headstand prectice krna chahiye ya nhi i am very confused. Mera mn to bhut hai krne ka but agr ye mere liye shi nhi hua 🤔🤔 isliye mam please btaiye ki kya iske bad krna thik hoga ya nhi?
Hey Nikita.. maybe your body was not prepared enough... pls take rest.. do more of preparatory asanas... only when ur body is absolutely ready... go for final pose

Di can yoga help in migration pain? Whenever I travel at left upper back near spine and neck area it starts paining....... please suggest me something for severe hair loss I used to have hairs like you when I was in school but from 12th as I stated pursuing my graduation I suffered from serious hair fall after that I started yoga and I got results like hair fall reduced at some extent but I want my hairs back 😭 like it used to be please help me 🙏🙏🙏
