Step 5 is done. Feels amazing as previous days. It's very difficult to keep the balance for me. I think could improve with consistency. My writs are paining😢 when I do these poses like downward facing dog, tabletop, cat-cow ect... Can you help me to overcome it please? Thank you so much Preeti for your wonderful teachings. ❤❤❤
Hi I’m a beginning student as well, but I have similar problems with my wrists bc of work and such, try to look up wrist stretches!! I usually curl my wrists all the way down toward my forearm and then switch and pull my fingers backwards, this has helped me a lot. I hope it helps you as well! Jai Ma!

Have been following this series diligently but found this step extremely difficult. Couldn’t do most of the aasanas/exercises, especially the plank. Love your work, nonetheless! :)
Hello Preeti maam, i was overwhelmed by the way you teach yoga to the people. Need an info. I'm a pure beginner to the yoga and finished 5 step of this 7 day yoga series. My experience is just mind-blowing, i felt slight change in mental strength, physical strength, balancing.Once all the 7 day yoga is complete, do I need to repeat the same all yoga series again? If yes, how many months or weeks. Please suggest maam

Pls also do session for intermediate level too, like sort of continuity and transition from beginner to intermediate. Thank you

Done 5th day alhumdu lillah...my knees hurts alot while bending them i cant keep them bend for much time...otherwise it was all good 👍❤
