Day 19 ✔️. This was the toughest practice for me so far...I had to use pillow during Anjayena asana....I almost passed away 😅😅🤣. Had to gather God level motivation to complete today's practice. Thank you for your guidance Preeti 🙏 & you are so flexible and strong 💪 it's inspiring.
Day 19 done did it for two consecutive days for getting good at it and the asana in which we had roll back our feet that was quite difficult I couldn't do it properly
