I am glad to have come across your videos. After several years of not working on my body, and allowing life to take over, I have come back to what's most important, me. I started with step one and decided to perform each step for one week. So now 6 weeks in and completed step 6, on to step 7, my body is so much more stronger and limber. I couldn't sit with my legs in sukhasana at all. Now I can with my back straight. I still have other bodily function challenges but we are getting there. Thank you for your videos and thank you for your practice 🙏
Step 6 done! The most profound change for me has been a mental spaciousness, clarity, and focus. This is accompanied by a feeling of peace which allows me to remain calm through the most chaotic storms of work and life. Also physically more mindful of my body, spinal alignment and smoothing up of some neck pain I’ve been having recently. All around an amazing experience! Thank you for what you do!

Very nice yoga, Instructions are very helpful. You pointing out not to put stress on knee, not to round the neck, all these are unique to your channel and has helped me get postures right. Thanks a lot. Please do more PCOS related videos as well.
Step 6 done. I feel a certain energy trying to find its way out from my chest especially on the left side, I feel it all the way up the left part of the neck and left brain.
