Noticed on some of your other test you swapped in a new blade when switching batteries but did not on this test, maybe put on a fresh blade and see if it changes performance?
Good point. the shops around were out of the blade we always use. Im inclined to believe that the difference between a brand new blade, and blade used 3 times are very small if not negligible. maybe i'll have an update for it later if i can. but i would not expect a significant difference.
@@4thewinak negligible? No. Milfuckee blades are notorious for wearing off extremely quickly. The only reliable test result would be to put in a new blade with a new battery. Otherwise it doesn't make sense.
Dewalt website says “The Reciprocating Saw has up to 50% more power when paired with a DCB606 60V MAX* FLEXVOLT® battery vs a DCB205 DEWALT 20V MAX* battery.” 60V!!!
There's something wrong with that saw because my saw is considerably more powerful with the 9ah battery.
Great video as always. We would love to see the Reciprocating saw bosch gsa 18v-32 sabre saw review and test.
Great suggestion!
I use a 1.7amp hour power stack battety on my advantage 20v DeWalt.
I have one. I like it. Give me the 'RAW' power. The blade change lever is a game changer. Yup, I am a fan.
Just a heads up stop using thick bodied blade use thin Kerf blades they cut way faster
Good call!
@@4thewinak found this video, had to subscribe. good stuff.
My dewalt dcs367 has the 4 position blade clamp.
Why when you had the 9ah battery on.. it was shaking.. the battery did not look attached correctly.
What’s a What-Not? Never heard that expression before.

I agree. Looks like the wood had nails in it and in my experience nails will dull a blade extremely..

bro, you HAVE to change the blade... you cant plow through nails and bust off the carbide then think its going to work the same with the flex volt.
Interesting with the flex volt battery, I think project farm saw similar results
good. at least there is some consistency.
