Great reaction as always. The droid saying “yes, yes, yes” reminds me of those toys uncles/aunties buy for their young nieces/nephews for sole purpose of annoying their parents.
I don’t think that the Mandalorian that escaped the ambush will be able to fly to the fleet. Instead, he may be able to get high enough to launch his rocket as a flare to warn the fleet of danger. Also, the Imperials on Mandalore look much like the Imperial Mandalorians from the Rebels series, including the more miniature curved jet packs.
Well to be accurate, Bo wasn't exactly NO ONE. She was the leader of the Mandalorians. That fleet she "won" was already HERS. They abandoned her when she failed to reclaim the Dark Saber from Moff Gideon. But seeing as she now has it back, the fleet is hers once again. Along with that she now also has three robes following her.
Ahhh, I hope not. I was hoping they would train the dragons as part of their group. It would be more advantageous to train them vs eat them. I'm sure there is plenty of smaller creatures to consume near Nevarro but we shall see!

Debriefing room, a term used for where personnel make their report of findings and information about a mission after it is over. Also, with enemy personnel another term for interrogation room. (Before a mission, information provided in what is often called a "briefing" thus an area used for this purpose is often called a "briefing room" ) debriefing and briefing may or may not use the same room. Usually not when dealing with hostile captives.
can you even imagine if Bo had been captured at the end and Din got to look good rescuing her for a change? that would never ever happen, cant wait to see her rescue him yet again next episode.
Yeah, she’s definitely sus! Maybe someone’s had a sideline forging Beskar armour for Moff’s crew🤔 And it then made me suspect the Mandos they found on Mandalore. The Armorer knew who they were super quickly, then the ambush knew exactly where they were, plus how could that big of a base be built on the planet without those still there noticing? So all that talk of honour and loyalty and betrayal, and their divisions being from within, is all setting up for them being betrayed by their own. Just a theory.
@@InvertedFreeSolo Yeah! They didn't cast him for little cameos. We're gonna get a fair amount of Captain Pallaeon in the AHSOKA series (and beyond, I think). I'm pretty excited! Hopefully Heir to the Empire is a nice juicy crescendo in the Filoni CW/Rebels/Mandoverse continuum.
@@AngeloBarovierSD absolutely! He's going to be awesome as Thrawn's right hand man. That makes me even more psyched for Ahsoka and I was already insanely excited lol
Paz dying like that will pull the Mandalorian's together even more, because he proved to the night owl members that members of the watch will do the right thing and fight to defend all of them.
The debriefing room is definitely Moff trying to get Jedi information from Din since Luke is the biggest thorn in their plans, and Ahsoka is right around the bend.

I remember joking about getting a third kaiju attack, then there it was. "We've been roaming the surface since the war ended" five seconds later ankylosaur whacks their ride.
Alyska I really love your reaction to this episode of mandalorian!!! I love when the mandalorians come together and grogue has a suit sorry Viszla 😢 He was the bravest and strongest Father Mandalorian I've ever seen..
My prediction for season 3, episode 8 is a full blown Ramboed out Grogu in his IG-12 battle droid armor with fully functioning weapons, riding the Mythosaur to rescue his daddy. And then Grogu would be declared by all of the Mandalorians as the Mandalore.
Alyska, when they said there is no communication between the surface and outer space, that made me say, now something bad is going to happen on the surface and they won't be able to radio for help from there.
There is a theory that the spies actually refers to the Armourer. She has the Maul like horns on her helmet. As does Gideon. She left right before the battle. This is not going to be a happy episode tomorrow. Remember that if she is bad, Bo and her team can't get off world.
Did anyone else notice Moff Gideon's knee rockets? Yeah... Two barrels on the outside of each knee. 12:41 He wasn't lying about his cultural appropriations... Lol
The one thing that concerns me is that both Gideon and the Armorer have horns on their helmets, like the followers of Darth Maul when he had the darksabre. I'm sure I'm just seeing something that isn't there, but still...
IT'S ALL COME TOGETHER! Everything people were complaining about through the season has turned out to be connected to the overall plot! Feel so justified for having patience in the show now (as opposed to, say, half of Twitter)
I think this season would work a lot better if you binged it all at once. I personally love this show so I have few complaints about it, but from a flow perspective I bet it works better if you watch it all straight through
The group of Mandalorians that were still living on Mandalore had to have known the Empire was there. There's no way the empire built a base and had ships flying in and out without them noticing. They are traitors and led the others right into a trap.
Weird that the armorer has the same horns as Moff ,, and the 3 mandos they found just happen to know where they needed to go ,,, did the armorer take off before they got trapped
The three best parts of this episode 1. Grogu getting his own mech suit and going yes yes yes in the office and all over town, God that was hilarious. 2. Grogu adorably laughing when IG-12 came in🥰 3. Paz’s sacrifice and dying like a true man
Now, something I didn't think about at first, but....this episode is called "The Spies". Plural. So besides Elia Kane.....who and where are the others?!? Being the title of this episode...we're guaranteed to have been shown the other(s) and clues to them.
Just a few things to point out from the episode that I noticed and read online. 1. An obvious one but Captain Pellaeon is Thrawn's second in command and a character from the Heir to Empire triology of books from Star Wars Legends. 2. One of the other people Commandant Hux is the father of General Hux from the Disney trilogy and the head of the First Order's stormtrooper program which Finn later gets forced into as a child. 3. Project Necromancer is the secret program that is resurrecting Palpatine and the praetorian guard you saw at the end are Snoke and Palpatine's personal guard that Rey and Kylo beat the crap out of in episode 8 and 9. 4. Gideon mentioned that cloning is something they are still doing ( Palpatine) but since they are stll heavily investing in cloning it's also a loose connection to what's been going on in The Bad Batch this season despite that being 20 something years earlier.
I wanted to put this out there to share my feelings and wonder if anyone else might share my concerns. So, I did a few light Google searches ans saw a fair few articles talking about the show's frontrunners confirming that Grogu WILL be speaking very soon. Seeing as how they now have him piloting IG-12 as a mech and that Grogu can make IT speak for him, I'm concerned that Grogu talking was just a tiny technicality and he'll only talk by proxy through IG-12, and that he'll only upgrade the speech ability in very small increments. I'm actually genuinely curious if anyone else feels the same way. It's not exactly as if we were lied to Grogu is the one controlling the speech of the droid. But it's not exactly him speaking personally either.
