Unprepped surface, I think the demon loses even worse. The demon needs a prepped surface, preferably a good track. Even though it sounds like the demon got on the gas. Little late.

Actually dude they need to change the Susan. The demon has a softer suspension and it only weighs 4000 pounds. It weights less than a hellcat let alone a CHARGER hellcat and it even weighs less than a scat pack

Lol “Great fuel economy”? The Charger, let alone Charger Hellcat, was never great with fuel economy. And now that you give it 900hp, it’s definitely got terrible fuel economy.

Engine struggles less with the weight of the car with more hp as long as you don’t keep your foot buried you’ll be alright
You can drive them kinda eco friendly for that heavy ass car and amount of Hp, around 9-12 Liters if you drive in eco mode. Thats not that bad

I have 950 hp 2019 mustang on e85. If I stay out of the gas it still gets around 16. Better than I expected. I’m assuming that hellcat is also now on e85 which uses about 30% more fuel than 93 octane. If they are just happening to get those numbers on a 93 tune, which I don’t think is possible, but if they are it could still be getting 20 if you’re staying out of the gas.

agreed, it looked like the charger got the jump both times. usually their races are pretty clean, but the speed difference probably was minimal starting at the same time, so that wouldn't help for marketing purposes i say LOL

765LT has really insane aerodynamics and 865 hp and weighs 3000 lbs, it will beat the charger but at least the charger can haul the boys and your grandma.

Extremely impressive. However I would like to know if it could be done on an older model vehicle. For example. My dream vehicle ever since high school would be to have an ever so customized 1971 fire bird formula. Low to the ground. Dual chrome exhaust pipes on the floor board area. Just a bit bigger size tires in the front and some very wide tires in the rear. Completely blacked out from top to bottom. But with a completely chromed engine. I have only recently discovered " Hennessey Performance". I must say I am very excited as to what I see and hear! I wonder? 3.09 gear demon vs 2.62 gear on roll race you have to get the rpm and trans gear perfect to little or to much rpm hurts They are selling a package but charger at 300 pounds more and 2.62 gear race should of been closer you don’t fool me

From experience the scat pack gets way better mileage than a rebel.but the hellcat charger,idk.can or may not.never driven one. Will be getting one though
