Butterfly blue pea juice 200ml 蝶豆花水 200毫升
Whipping cream 50ml 动物性鲜奶油 50毫升
Water 400ml 清水 400毫升
Caster sugar 75g 细砂糖 75克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙
●2nd Layer 第二层:
Butterfly blue pea juice 100ml 蝶豆花水 100毫升
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙
●3rd Layer 第三层:
Cream cheese 100g 奶油奶酪 100克
Whipping cream 150ml 动物性鲜奶油 150毫升
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
Add water until 900ml 加清水至 900毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 2+3/4tsp 燕菜粉 2+3/4茶匙
Jelly powder 3/4tsp 果冻粉 3/4茶匙
Fruits 水果:
Mango,Kiwi,Strawberries 芒果,奇异果,草莓
