I use mango juice from Costco and it doesn’t set after an hour in the fridge. I restart the recipe but doubling all the agar agar and jelly quantities. But still a fail. While the first layer is chlling, I made the 2nd layer and it starting to set so reheated a little bit and I poor on the 1st. It does not set then. I wonder if we have to bring it to boil again? Or it’s because the fruits acidity that affect the agar? Looks easy but really takes times and some chemistry experiment!

Thank u very much 😊 I hope u notice my comment here as i would like to ask ur personal preference. I’ve been noticed sometime u will mix agar2+konyaku jelly and sometime u mix agar2+instant jelly. But the final texture what will be the best combination and less watery after the jelly removed from the mould? Thanks 😊
