THIS GUY HEALED ME FOR FREE ON YOU TUBE!! I had a bad rotator cuff tear and the doctor wanted to operate. I wanted to try non evasive therapy first however money is short and I can’t afford insurance. I found this guy and his exercises not only gave me immediate relief to get through my work day as a baggage handler but in a few short months I regained complete range of motion with little to no pain at all!

Get yourself an MRI. Know what's going on and then make decisions from there. Knowledge is crucial 👍

Great video. I'm having rotator cup issues. Went to go see a doctor. He said my shoulder is swollen and said it probably is a rotator cup issue. Sent me home with 800mg of ibuprofen and small a pamphlet of home exercises to do. Him not mentioning half the info in you're video. Your video has been so helpful. I think I need to find a new doctor haha.

Hello Dr. David! I am going through my physiotherapy with my PT and I'm on my 5th and 6th (final sessions) this week. Watching your video on Rotator Cuff Tear helped me a lot and pinpointed exactly where my shoulder pain was emanating from and the exercises that helped align my joint socket. I also discovered on my own the 'inverted penjulum' exercises that helped me a lot!! It helped my shoulder joint (ball and socket) align and slowly rotate to a good stretch. Thank you so much for all your videos on shoulder impingement, tendonitis and rotator cuff. They are all extremely helpful especially for people like me who do not want any injections or surgery. Natural remedies are the best for me!! 😍🙏💞💯

My husband was in agony, couldn't sleep, tried injections. He found Cierrasil, a natural supplement, online and decided to try it and it has changed everything for him. He no longer has ANY pain at rest! He is in construction and able to function again. I don't know if they ship outside Canada, but it has been gold for us.
This might sound like a commercial, but I have no benefit to saying any of this besides sharing good news! Hope it might help others too.

Last month I tore my rotator cuff L (MRI) and have been in PT. Just today I was running and tripped over a man hole cover and fell onto my left arm re-injuring the shoulder and some ribs. I hope its just a matter of starting over with PT. At 71 you don't get many start-overs

Hi Dr David. I know we're strengthening certain muscles during the rotating exercise No 3 - does it also lubricate the joint a bit like the tailgate exercise for knees ? Thank you.

When you get a shoulder sling, make sure it fits. I got the recommended one. It's far too large. I had to cut it apart and resew it.

I have a full thickness supraspinatus tear. Followed your protocol and have regained good amount of range of motion, except the one involving that muscle. So, I am opting for surgery. It has been a little over 9 weeks since the fall on ice. Is there a physical therapist in my area that you recommend? Central PA
