I've a question, yoga has so many asanas for core strengthning and upper body strength , i don't get it why we need to go to tje gym to strengthen it, it can be beneficial but it can make our body more stiff and we can lose some amount of flexibility
You just boost up my internal positive energy. When I am at my lowest, I watch your videos and feel that life is much more than the tiny day to day problems. So much love and respect for your efforts and ideas.❤ Hope to progress the same way you are trying to.
Saw the right video at right time, I 'm being obese started working out since 3 months and lost 8 kgs & having a long way to go.... started doing Surya namaskar, Meditations to calm my mind but I am soo fascinated with headstand, but couldn't do it anywhere near, by watching U, I will definitely keeping trying till I make it 🙌

I am 64 and 6 months ago I learned yet another challenging yoga asana: Titibasana - although I always thought my wrists would be far too weak. Let alone the tight hips...Well, I took on the challenge, and will take on other ones, in Yoga and in every day life.

Minimum 6 Asanas before you do head stand. Plus don't jump up soon after u come out of the posture. Head down for a while in balasana then raise your head.

I have started my FATLOSS journey now and I am 103 present weight but I need to reduce my weight bcoz for my self as well as to spend quality of time with my little one so ur video boosted me so much to continue my journey but still so many times I feel break down while doing yoga bcoz I am really not flexible to do yoga postures but I need to reduce my weight at anycost so plz do give me some tips to reduce my weightplz😢
Even if I stop yoga for few weeks and then one day start it, I won't be able to. I won't be this flexible. Flexibility needs consistency and patience. Start now. Note how much you can today. Then come back and let us know after 3 weeks if you felt the difference. Give yourself time❤️

Recently I am having a mental plateau of sorts and have been questioning if the struggles are worth it. Seeing your video today has inspired me! When you shared your chart with highs and lows and what you learned from this... it is helpful in allowing me to see - I am on a successful journey of Mastery!! Thank you!!!

I used the wall support in that video, so that is not a headstand :) headstand is where you do it on your own without any support.. wow, I can’t believe you remembered from that video ❤
How do you manage your time to do all these Research to maintain a good diet, going gym ,consult your friends and yoga teachers for help How do you manage all these 🙄
These things are important to me, but mostly importantly I find these things to be fun and doing them makes me happy :) so they fall into place in my daily routine
