I started doing qigong just before my hip surgery 6 months ago to reduce stress, improve breath and circulation and maintain flexibility. After surgery I did the chair qigong. My soul is nourished by your settings. This river of violets is especially calming. Thank you.

I am so glad I came upon this video. Qigong is gentler than most repetitive exercises and more suitable for one who is almost 90 years of age. I can't yet manage the one leg balancing movement without a support but I will keep trying. Thank you.

So most routines I think how long it is until I can get done... this was the first one when I realized I needed extra attention on myself as my spin and shoulders made me VERY aware that I am sluggish this morning due to everything being held tight. Thank you for your many routines on your youtube!
